Pardon me for the side tracking, does 0 nic juice helps in quit smoking? Been vaping nicotine juice for a month with smoking a stick and is it practical to make your own 0 nic juice in Singapore rather than getting juice from supplier?

On to the main topic, pizza flavour would be nice, wasabi flavour would be totally weird

There are studies that state that nicotine alone is not addictive. It's only when compounded with other substances that make nicotine more addictive. There are also studies that say smoking is just a Palov's Classical conditioning and as such the 'habit of inhaling smoke/vapour" combined with the reward of nicotine is what makes us unable to stop.

Ergo, If you keep up the habit (of inhaling something) but don't reward yourself with nicotine, I can guess that you might be less addicted to smoking. Give it a try, It wouldn't hurt!

But do note that if you have been smoking heavily (16mg ++ and for too long) dropping to 0% nic might not be able to help much. So just try to experiment what is right for you

Indeed, I do feel like vaping more when i vape juice that has lesser nicotine, and yet when i'm accustomed to the nicotine of a certain level, it still doesn't change the fact that I'm gonna vape the hell out of it. Just thought it might be a less of a hassle buying from others as oppose to making the juice yourself
