the true price of juice depends on what goes into it.... yup, there are inferior nic bases and low quality VG/PG, but when you get into "Premium" juices that use 20Y/O cognacs, liquours, rare tobaccos as flavorants, then yes it does require charging more....

Frankly the skill and reputation may have more to do with the price than ingredients... when the price is justified anyway. There are certainly markets, and ejuice tends to be one, where you might sell more at a higher price due to perceptions.
