I've been working on my first batches of juice and I keep running into the same problem. It seems the VG separates from the PG in the dropper bottle. For example, I am adding the PG base first, then the VG, then the flavoring, then some water. I mix that up and bottle it but its always very cloudy and the VG seems to separate. You can almost see a glob of VG within the PG in the bottle. Any tips? What can I do to keep it clear and consistent? I am trying to make a 70/30 PG/VG liquid.

After mixing you batch, shake bottle well place place in a bowl of hot water (microwave water to almost a boil, don't microwave your juice). When water cools off give the bottle another vigorous shaking while you nuke the water one more time. Replace bottle in hot water. When cool you should be good to go. The heat speeds up steeping and allows homogeneous mixing of the recipe components.

After a Good Shake, the PG and the VG Shouldn't seperate.

Are you sure it isn't the Flavoring that is Seperating? Are you using Oil Based Flavorings?

I havent added anything yet but the PG and VG. I got the PG and VG from Essential Wholesale. Im putting 70% PG and 30% VG in a 50ml bottle and shake it for a while. It gets very bubbly inside but after I let it sit after about an hour or so the VG begins to form a glob within the PG. Also, before I mix them they are perfectly clear, but once i mix them and shake them the PG/VG mix almost becomes a cloudy white, not a clear liquid. Any ideas?
