I have used one of the online calculators to make a couple juices but I haven't seen anywhere to input for sweetener. I just end up adding the drops for 10/15ml batches. It seems that my liquid is too thin. But if I add more glycerin to make it thicker its going to reduce the flavor and the nicotine.

What am I doing wrong?

Sweetener should be added to the recipe and treated like any other flavoring. Try using BreakTru's eJuice Me Up calculator instead of the online calculators. It works better and you can mix more flavors. There are also a lot of recipes included that you can try, along with lots of other useful goodies.

I downloaded that one and tried to use it. I got stuck when it kept saying I had to have VG. I couldn't find a help me guide, is there one?

Which PG/VG ratio are you trying to use? I set all of the flavoring percentages to 100% PG and that usually takes care of the problem. That's what all of my flavorings are anyway. Make sure you change the percentages for your nic juice, too.

OK, that is what I tried to do b/c I wasn't using any VG. Let me go try it again and see if I get the same error. I have 100mg PG nicotine and 0 nicotine PG to mix with it. I have Flavour Art pineapple and LorAnn's apricot I was trying to use.

eta.....OK, it worked this time. Maybe it was just that day. I think I was trying on Sunday.

I mixed some splenda in pga and i was using that. Is that my problem?

Now with the above being said....if you find a flavor that will need alot of the sweetener (which you probably will not...but) the pga you used will thin the liquid. Next time try mixing with pg instead of the pga, or use a little vg in your mix....that will offset the thinning with the pga.....

You might want to try liquid sucralose. It only takes a drop or two for a small batch of juice. Here's the website: EZ-SweetzI was doing what you are currently doing for sweetener and was so happy when I tried the liquid sucralose!
Also, try using a 20%/80% VG/PG mix for your base. You'll have a bit thicker juice and your vapor will be greater.

Thanks. I just ordered some. I thought I would kill two birds and mix the 2 together but I think you are right. Thanks everyone for your answers.
