Good advice. How long did yours last? I've been noticing this problem for a few days now.
It lasted a good while, like more than a week. But I kept adding/trying new things. So I think if you do the combination of the three things I listed, you should be good in a few day after hydration/biotene/cinnamon. But this is my opinion only. I have had it on one other episode and I followed the ritual religiously and it was gone in 2 days. Now I've been vaping over 3 months and haven't had an incident since.
