I only vape pure gear now and have done for quite a long time, a bottle of pure 72 mg nicotine has lasted me a very long time, the rest of the bottle I could not find so asked the other half if she had moved it!
Yes I moved it she replied...
ok good where is it...
erm I hid it as it is highly toxic....
I know....ok! where to?
out of reach somewhere...
Ok right where I left it on top of the cupboards so nobody unless 16 feet tall can see it...
Yeh saw it there and moved it safe... I was cleaning the cupboards and had to move it...
Ok and where is this safe place?
Erm dunno I will find it...
ok sorry cannot find it...sorry
OK so there is a bottle of highly toxic nicotine in the house that nobody can find since you placed it there to be safe so nobody can find it right?
yep and I cannot remember where the safe place is?

So I go online and buy 500mls of pure 72mg of nicotine and terrified where the rest of the "hidden" bottle went.

So home tonight after work the wife says that I have got your new juice, great I said knowing that I will not run dry again for a long time.
Funny thing is she says, when I was taking down the Christmas lights and trimmings I came accross your old bottle, it was on top of the cupboards!!!!

Funny I know... but I have a question, the juice has darkened in colour from when I first mixed it with Glycerine, it is 72mg of nicotine, is it still ok to vape???

Mine went from clear to a yellowish tint in a year. I still use it and seems to be fine. If you're worried about using it, just don't use it, you got new stuff. From what I understand nicotine yellows with age. Even people who have had it in the freezer have had it go yellowish after a year or two. It looses a certain percentage of strength as well, but I don't remember those numbers.

The color change is from oxidation. I try to keep from opening the large bottle to often to limit it's exposure to air. So I pour some into a smaller 125ml bottle that I use frequently. I also store them in a freezer to help slow down the gas exchange. I cover them with a bag of peas, nobody bothers them :D
