Hello again! Thanks to all the stupid regulations in Latvia its illegal to buy vape stuff via third person(i can go to any country and buy what i need, but i cant order it online(stupid right?))
So only way now is using vendors in EU who doesnt go trough customs. Like when i buy stuff frompink mule, they use GLS shipping, that takes only 3-4days to get from Spain to Latvia and my package iz delivered by hand to me.
So i would like to know best/popular EU shops that doesnt send items to postal adress, but deliver to you(only not dhl as they are very expensive)
In some time ill want to try out some dna mod as all ive used was cheap china stuff and dna cost atleast 3x more, if it goes trough customs - that high price item will get flagged and not only ill have to pay customs fee, but my item will get taken away and i can get charged for buying vape stuff online.
Local store/s have only few options and with everything else i dont trust local stuff...its Latvia lol
So just for my vape info stuff - best/popular shops in EU(to avoid customs) with shipping options where they deliver to you or use something like omniva, dpd pickup station or something like that. prolly estonia/lithuania would have something like that, but google doesnt give much info.
