Just another A+ for Ed and Eastmall

I rarely have reason to thank any retailer for excellent service and products but when you have such a great experience as I have had dealing with Eastmall and Ed it can't go urecognized.
I purchased half a dozen or 801 atomizers and batteries from Eastmall for myself and a friend. They arrived within one week. Several pieces were defective. Ed actually called and all was replaced. I could go into more detail but there are lots of other examples of this in this and other threads.

Best of all the liquids and especially the 801 atomizer is far and away the best of any of 4 other brands of atomizers I have used. Their 801 brings out the nuances of the flavors more than any think I have tried and the difference is not a small one. As far as I'm concerned Eastmall may as well have a monopoly on the E-cig business.

I agree! He's very prompt with his replies and soo helpful... Never have to sit there and wonder whats going on or if they ever got your email.

haha yea i've already got my next order planned out, just need to get the money now before i can order. you come for the products and you stay for the service, that should be their motto. Oh and wiz im glad you finally changed your mind about them.

Actually Crash.....I always had high regards for eastmall...Ed just happened to be very helpful with solving my problem.With the list of e-cig suppliers growing larger everyday,it will be customer service(and pricing),that defines where people will spending thier money.Ed seems to have a handle on how to address customer service concerns,again I tip my hat to him for that!The Wiz!
