I ended up ordering,

From canvape

Smoktech Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer
510 Thread Kanger Horizontal Cartomizer
510 Manual Battery 280mAh Black Stainless & White
eGo-C Twist Battery -650mAh

And then i got the chargers/adapters. One of the disposables i got was actaully a fully functional auto 808D so i got a charger/converter to 510 for it also.

then for my juice,
Crave Gourmet eJuice

I got a bunch of flavors from there for myself to vape.

decided to not get any nicotine juice. So yeah... :)

Was trying to stay outta this one but if nicotine is "supposedly" about as bad for a body as caffeine, are we not in effect saying one shouldn't ever have a cup of coffee if one isn't yet hooked on it?

It's a matter of quantity. Because of the medium caffeine is commonly in, very few people consume enough of it during the day to become addicted to it -- you really need to drink 10-12 cups of coffee a day or more to get hooked on the caffeine within. There haven't been many stories of it happening, but I can think of two; one in New York who ran a cafe and downed 12 cappuccinos a day, and another more recent story about a girl in the UK who consumed about 4L of Coke a day. (Okay, that story was in the Daily Mail, so it could well be BS given their propensity to make crap up.)

Cigarettes are a lot easier to consume, so a lot easier to become addicted to.

Sorry but anyone that has experanced migraine headaches from caffeine withdrawl will know that caffeine addiction is very real.

Coffee is not the only caffeine delivery system. Some soda pop has more caffine than coffee.

I'm with ya there Kev. I was having some stomach issues so I had to cut down on the coffee and basically went from around 10-12 medium double doubles (the old mediums lol) down to 1-2 a day and it was a pretty rough week. Pounding headaches, sweats, jittery and the inclination to wear a tinfoil hat.

Wow, did you pee brown???

Is is easier to get addicted to caffeine with those power drinks, 5 hour power shots and such.
I've also known people who chew choc covered expresso beans.

I think the deal with the power drinks/chocolate things is the sugar/fructose (ingredients on bottled coffee/colas is usually water followed by at least one sugar), now THAT is some serious business. Caffeine itself can be rough, when I dropped from ~2L a day down to 1-2 cups it was far from pleasant, but in the end most acceptable forms of it aren't remotely as toxic as the standard forms of nicotine consumption.

My main issue with this thread was the apparent desire to become a nicotine user via NRTs. Sure, they're better than tobacco, but when there's 0 nicotine alternatives that can be enjoyed (for a self proclaimed non-smoker) via vaping I will chime in and recommend their use.

Chocolate covered coffee beans are just plain delicious.
To anyone that hasn't yet tried them I'd highly recommend giving them a taste.
As with anything though use moderation of course, and don't get hooked.

With a higher sugar content the caffeine will be more readily absorbed into the body.afaik.
Probably goes for nic. as well.

First up is the condom method, not sure how well it works on the Xl cartos, but on regular sized ones it's easy as pie.
A Great Way To Fill Cartomizers - YouTube
(I even loaded it up to where he gets on with the tutorial)

The other way I do it is by tilting the carto around 45deg, and add drop by drop. Wait for it to saturate, rotate carto, couple more drops. Keep doing this, slowly adding drops to the filler (don't get any down centre post if you can help it). Let it sit a little bit, if the filler on top looks like a slushy it's about full. Wipe the outside, on mouth end blow through carto into a paper towel to get any juice out of the centre hole. It's recommended to let the cartomizers sit for ~10-15 minutes to become fully saturated at the coil, burnt filler tastes horrid and once it's burnt it'll keep that flavour.

The Smoktek looks like it holds ~3ml, that'll be 50-60 drops.

As to the Kanger I think they're standard size and should hold ~20-25.

Always blow down into a towel and wipe the battery connection after, this will help prevent flooding/overfilling. After you fill a few times it becomes SOP and you won't really think twice about you're doing.

Happy vapes!

Thanks for the fast reply,
Smoktech LEO dual coils cartomizer 1.5ohm,it can hold 5ml e liquid

So it says 5ml but I will follow your guidelines.

My other question is I got a 1.5ohmz model from canvape. Will I run into any issues of burning it out if I crank my twist up? Same for the kangers. No idea on canvapes 510 resistance but I got the cone adapter for my. Twist. Time to time I might use them so I want to know if I should keep the voltage low or if I can play around.

This is an avg # but it's 20-25 drops/ml, depending on viscosity of liquid. There's no set # of drops per mL, you just get used to how it should look and vape.

Yep, you'll run the risk of burning it at higher voltages. The "sweet spot" many go for is 6-8 watts. Here's a calculator that will help you get in the approx range.
Ohm's Law Calculations With Power

Use the top left one, punch in the voltage and the resistance and it'll spit out how many watts you'll produce. Start aiming for a 6 watt and turn it up slowly from there.

You may prefer higher watts, but it's better to start low and slowly go up, as soon as you taste a hint of burning you've probably gone too far. Same with the Kanger, start low and go up.

A little bubbling on the first few pulls is normal, if there's no/very little vapour after that then it's flooded. Just unscrew and blow into the paper towel. Sizzling is normal with cartos in my experience. A little juice coming up can happen too, don't worry it's perfectly fine, besides the taste.
