I'm case you didn't read, I went many orders without any bonuses. They were in talks about a point system a while back, but that would probably only benefit the big spenders. You should be grateful for what they have given you (a great product, a close relationship with the company via forums, and your health). Bonuses are just that, bonuses. To expect them or being disappointed if you don't get any is just being spoiled. If I expected freebees with every order, this would not have been as exciting to find. It's like expecting to get certain presents on Christmas. You are missing the point of the whole thing. If you want bonuses, keep ordering and trust me, you will get them!

Thank you, I have said that in the past because of the few times we were told there will be none anymore, I like my 1 or 2 cartos I get, and personally getting a batt or charger or PT like others did, I would rather get cartos, cartos really are better so I can find a new flavor I like.

Everyone should not post about suprises or anything because then everyone .....es and moans, and I would like to still get my 1 or 2 carts I get every order, thank you.

Yeah I've learned my lesson. I can't share my joy with other Vapers in the forums because it will just make them jealous and whine. I was hoping people would be happy for me, but apparently we are second graders who are mad cuz our friend got the bigger toy...

I have also learned the hard way as well, I had an order and got a cool batt and wanted to show it off, so I did and a few people complain. Personally I love to see what others got, and I am glad they hooked you up. Do not take what I said to offense to you, but I do love to see what surprises others got, it really makes me happy to see the CS this great!

1. Life isn't fair. Get over it.

2. Nothing is this world is free, so when you do get it, be grateful no matter what the amount.

3. They probably don't send you bonuses because you expect them.

I'd think that a customer loyalty program or a point system would probably work out better. But this thread has made me curious. How are the bonuses decided? By size of order or do some people just get lucky enough to have a generous person pack their order?

I'm not complaining; I never expect to receive anything, but the great goodies I've ordered!

I got one in my last order, and I was happy to get that! With my previous vendor, I was lucky if I got what I ordered, let alone anything free! we are lucky V4L does stuff like this (no matter how many) for us!
