Oh wow, I was unaware no nicotine was absorbed through the lungs.. should I stick with the disposable one for a bit?

I think some may eventually reach your lungs, but that really wasn't my point. The point is the level of craving you do/don't have. It is normal for anyone to feel as if they are using the ecig more when compared to the amt they smoked analogs. Since the absorption rate is slower with ecigs, people tend to use it more often then when they went 'out' for a smoke. Just give it a little time. Puff away if you feel the need. You will know if you have too much, just like with analogs, you will get a sick feeling(momentarily), then put it down and do something else until you feel better and want another puff.
There is really no wrong or right way to use an ecig. Just do whatever feels right to you. You will know fairly quickly if you feel you need to upgrade. Everyone is different, has difference wants/needs/likes etc. Just relax and enjoy. In the top bar of every page you will see a link to forum vendors/suppliers. Have a look at a few to see what they offer. Most of all have fun with it and don't get too hung up on technical things. You will be a pro in no time. lol

If I recall I have seen e cig stands at the mall in Providence. Just can't recall if it was 'blu cig' or not.. hmnn.. I'll have to take a drive there soon.

Im excited to be honest. Even while smoking analogs, and even through my bronchial issues I was still able to maintain my runs of 5 miles per day... but I could never increase it due to my smoking... but perhaps with ecigs now I can increase my runs :)

Impressive! I wish I could run 5 miles. I have no endurance what so ever. I would recommend you goto a vape shop in your area and get a new set up if your serious about quitting. I quit with an ego twist and vivi nova tank. Now I've moved on to the k101 and rda

I started out a few years ago with Blu. I bought a starter kit with the rechargeable batteries. They tasted good, but they just did not replace cigarettes for me. I only used them in places where I couldn't light up. Then I gave up for a while, until a family member recommended an Ego-T battery with a Kanger Pro Tank Mini. Now I wouldn't care to ever have a cig again.

Here are my thoughts on Blu:

Battery life-they will only last for about 30 minutes of vaping. So...depends on how much you vape. They are convenient to recharge, however. A starter pack comes with 2 batteries.

Cartridges- flavors are good, when they actually work. They use 100% VG in their cartridges. You get more "throat hit" with PG, so that may be one of the reasons Blu didn't do it for me.

Blu overall was great for someone just starting out. Although I'm not a fan of theirs anymore, they did get me turned on to vaping in general. So for that I am glad. They have also been purchased by Lorillard, INc. Which is a big tobacco company. I'm tired of giving my money to big tobacco.

Invest in an Ego-T starter kit. I bought mine for $24 at sharp-smoker dot com. It will come with a CE4 clearomizer. Then I would buy a couple of pro tank minis and extra coils. I get my liquid at MtBakerVapor.

Thank you for the suggetion.. unfortunately I'm looking to spend probably 50 maximum.

Also, I cannot purchase this product online. I am 21 years old going into my senior year of college so I still live with my parents, my father doesn't know I smoke and would never allow me to etc etc..

My mother knows but, gotta hide it from my father :( (He wouldn't approve of e-cig either)

So I'm restricted to going to search at locations near me.

Over time I'm pretty sure you will spend more on the blu cig than you would on an expensive kit like the ones that were linked for you. Buy a kit, a couple of juices and that'll last you a month. Do the math yourself, figure out how often you need Blu replacements and how much it'll cost you in a month. Then take the price of a Kanger evod or eGo kit, and remember that will last ou at least 6 months if not longer. If you find two juices you like, you can find them for $.33 a ml. 50-75ml a month of vaping, $17-$25 a month. A $40 kit that last 6 months is $7 a month. You might add some clearomizer tanks and replacement heads in there, another $50. Is that cheaper than Blu?

People here go crazy but you don't have to. All you need is a solid starter kit, a few bottles of juice and the will and you can do this on the cheap. Also if you want to stick with Blu, that's cool. I'm just saying the other route is probably cheaper, and IMO more satisfying. Best of luck.

The blu e cig is basic as they come, as for how many puff to the same nicotine as an analog cigarette? I'd say vape at the same pace as you would smoke and for the same amount of time and count your puffs that would give you an answer if that is correct for the amount of nicotine that is an answer only three NASA scientists and a clone of Albert Einstein could figure out...
