Just curious, how long does a Vision Spinner 1300 last?

For the money it would cost you to buy a cheap ego battery at a local smoke shop at some point this summer, find a sale now and buy a 1300mah Spinner now and hide it away in a drawer for that 'just in case' backup. It is never good to go looking to buy something when you need it NOW. Just my experience. Also make sure you have a backup charger and extra heads or attys in case you find yourself running short.
Not necessarily a good plan, since lithium batteries lose capacity over time whether they are used or not. On the other hand, 8 months seems rather short for normal battery aging. Nevertheless, it would probably be better to put the money away in the drawer and buy a battery when and if needed.

You're probably set up OK with five batteries. I would be fairly annoyed if I had five batteries fail before September.

I second the point about chargers and heads though.

Thank you! So with 5 (3 for me, 2 for hubby) I should be okay to make it until September. I guess if it dies before my 1st paycheck of the next school year I can go and buy an ego from the local smoke shop to get us by :(

It's a "should." I've gotten far more than 300 charges out of some batteries, but I tend not to use them until the light blinks--I charge them early, which tends to extend battery life out of all proportion to what you'd expect. Charging a battery that's 50% empty results in it lasting far more than 600 charges (as you'd expect), it's closer to 1,200.

Batteries (or, more accurately, the electronics) can fail, so it's always smart to have backups. I tend to go a bit...well, overboard...on that, and currently have six batteries. Two are in common use. One gets used occasionally when the other two are both recharging. Three are backups but get cycled occasionally just to test them and keep the electrons in there from getting bored.

Mine lasted about 18 or 19 hours, I was sleeping for about 7 of them. I got out of my chair and it fell out of my pocket, bam! Done :(

I don't think these are meant for clumsy people. Ego seems to be able to take the abuse of daily life. I think my last one that died lasted maybe 5 months or so. Another one I don't remember what happened. I had been drinking and the next thing I knew I pulled a battery out of my pocket with the silver part somehow bent off the black part. The battery had survived several months of me first, RIP.

I thought the blue color, the better marking, and the extra battery life would be cool but the Ego is perfectly fine and I'm going to stick with them for now. I try to keep 3 on hand, this way I'm always able to vape if one is charging with another around for an emergency. I'm down to 2 at the moment so I'm screwed if I break another one. There are no vape shops near by so I have to order online.

OMG, reminds me of my daughter when she was about five, and she had the friendliest hamster, I even liked the little guy. It was like the hamster from that movie. She loved that little fella! And one day it slipped out of her hands and fell to the floor and broke it's little neck....
LOL, how do you answer the 'is he going to be all right?' as you are watching the hamster twitch in his death throes...

Buy her a Spinner as a replacement... they last 13 hours before... wait what was the question?

Savoir-Faire is everywhere!
I had one go out before a full month had passed and the shop was nice enough to switch it out for me. Then the switched out one went bad about a month later. I had another one that still works - however, I purchased other devices in the meantime so it doesn't get much use at all, anymore.

Your performance may vary.
