Think of it this way , 4mm core wire can handle 1000s of watts at 240volts

I'm not worried about voltage drop Supa, I'm more concerned about how the center pin sits on the connector. Is the center pin's (not the brass extension) OD larger than the 2mm gap on the connector? I don't have anything to measure the center pin but it looks less than 3mm to me. Seems like if the two don't line up perfectly, the center pin could get push sideways and half slip into the channel.

Its 3mm river, so the touching surface is 1mm. Its more than enough for the current. Just GG doesnt have any power loss, dont worry at all about this.
More control is great Imeo, but I'm curious how good the connection is between the Ithaka center pin and the connector. I mean, with a 2mm gap on the connector, where is Ithaka's center pin touching the connector? What is Ithaka's center pin OD?

If Ody works with its GGTS base then Iatty works too aal. I made those bases equal. But even if you need an adjustment, justGG gives you this ability with its moving bolt inside the moving pole of CT.
I dont know about penelope base but I am sure it will work because of the above reason
Imeo did you test iatty ggts base with the new CT? What about Penelope ggts base, I know you didn't construct it but maybe you have one lol. I'm doubting it will work because it is too short.

yes aal. The only pieces that are not brass are the CT and the 510 connector.

Rings on button must stay SS to avoid them get dirty because if they get dirty they wouldnt get cleaned easily because they are knurled
Imeo in the all brass version is the control ring brass as well? Please also make the button lock ring brass.

very good question river. But battery always will push center post of CT in the right direction, so the center post will always come totally vertical.

hi my good friend kin:)
I dont have a justGG is brass. And you are right about the new alloy, its less yellow that then usual brass

I didnt understand well about connector. But if you mean if it will be brass, then yes. All center pins are brass on justGG, and made from the new brass alloy
