Trying to think of a reason, Don't mean to sound condescending, but have you remembered to take the resistance from your meter cables of the meter reading. Only saying this as I did it once 
, a 1.1ohm coil was infact 0.8ohm as the resistance of the cables is 0.3 I was so looking forward to get the Oddy built up and vape on it, I just did not think and forgot

Looking back on your post's your 1.0ohm coil, could be 0.7-0.6ohm's depending on your meter cable resistance just a thought hope it helps

Imeo when your release the spare parts will you he releasing the 18650 solid pieces then or at a later date? No rush I'm just curious.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Took your advice and broke down the atty, rebuilt and it's working great again. As for ohm readings, I'm just using my old evic to test resistance on new builds. Don't know how accurate this device is but it seems to give numbers that make sense based on the wires I'm using.
Now I guess the real trick will be figuring out when the best time it to remove/replace a battery so as not to over-discharge. I'd hate to have to carry around a meter tool all the time how do you guys 'feel' it's time to swap?
This is the piece imeo. This piece is an aftermarket piece that I bought from a German guy. It was meant for accommodating 650 on a stealth. The polish work is not as good as GG quality that's why we want you to do it. This is the best looking configuration for me. It is for 18650 kicked.

Hi everyone. Just got a new king for my Just GG. My first Odysseus. Only problem is the GG base won't screw in. Only goes in a few threads. Tried screwing it into my Ithaka base and my GGTS and it fits fine. Sorry im new to all this so don't know if this is a known problem or its a problem just with my setup.
