Capt, many thanks, I know you would. However, its raw metal, no brushing even. If we did that, it would never look like Imeo sent it. I must keep that look.
On another note - I carry it with me wherever I go, so Im sure it will get more little marks here and there.
I must say they are little marks to everyones eyes - except for me and I have to make a big deal out of it.
The truth is that if we buff out one part it will not look like the rest. So the only solution would be to do the whole thing and finish it to have more of a very light brushed look. As you say however it will never look exactly as it does now.

You know that even the smallest scratch cann't be buffed in a unpolished prototype mod and you're using it daily?
I keep my prototypes only touched by air or in the worst case by swarovski gloves.

Ha ha I've been keeping my fingers and toes crossed for the VIR but I wouldn't turn down anything Imeo makes lol. That is one of the beauties of GG many people have contributed ideas to the shaping of the devices. So no one is more important except maybe Imeo and I am sure he would say we all were more important them him lol.

Can you take a single SS Stealth re-threader ring and add a single Just GG ring (you know, one of the three it comes with) to it and accommodate an 18490 AW IMR?
I just think that the low profile SS Stealth re-threader ring and a single Just GG ring would look awesome together in hybrid Ithaka mode, IF it'll work that is. I would hate to camp for months to get an untouched Stealth re-threader ring and find out I have wasted a massive amount of effort there.

If by saying JGG ring you mean the JGG extension sleeve... sorry... it will not fit
explain more what do you want to do. If you put a GGTS tube with a rethreader with the small JGG extension, you can have an 18500 mode (anyone else confirm, I am at work now).
And I heard if you put rethreader on JGG and a GGTS extension tube you can have 18650 mode.

ms, The stealth ring is shorter than an extension of justGG so a combo of engraved tube-stealth ring-extension will not work for 18500 battery. But a combo of engraved tube-stealth ring-GGTS extension will fit a 18650 battery

be sure that GG users know better than me ms. I make the construction and they find the rest of the tricks!
As imeo said and confirmed by stelios, if you have a ggts engraved tube it would work because GGTS engraved tube + rethreader ring = JGG engraved Tube. However with just JGG engraved tube you would need a telescope to close the gap between the tube and the extension sleeve.
