aaaaaaaaaxxxxxxxxaaaaaaaa, where the hell did you find that pic erich

Google knows all. ;) "broken pinky xray"

I like the "thumb button" quite a lot too, but IMO it needs to be a slimmer button. The GGTS would look imbalanced with it sticking out of the middle. Atmizoo did a good job with one (at least aestheically). The button is really narrow, but sticks out just enough that you can find it without looking (i.e. nice in the car). It does have a design flaw, though, in that if you screw in an atomizer with the tube out, the whole button has a chance to shift out of place, and you have to fiddle a bit to get it working again (especially Ithaka, because the center pin is adjustable).

There is also the Poldiac, which has the button configurable on top or bottom of the battery. However, the button is completely flush with the device which, while it's nice looking, pretty much forces you to look at the device to see on which side it currently resides. If I'd known that you were planning a new device, I might have tried to get your wheels turning on doing so with the new GG, but there's not really a way to do that without sacrificing the fact that the battery tube is not grounded without the button depressed, which I think is nice. Every now and then, I get a pretty good arc on other devices when I accidentally touch the top tube across the battery and frame.

Overall, the GG button is fantastic and is a workhorse. However, if you could come up with some button design that functioned similarly but extruded from the body about half as much, I'd buy a bag full. It's the only thing about any of my GGs that diminishes its "pocket friendliness". :)

eric, when I first made the mechanical GG 4,5 years ago, it had this issue that you described and I recalled all devices back. Thats not the right way to make a side button for sure. Be sure that the way to make a nice "near atomizer" button is easy. It can stick out of the tube the right way and it will not produce any arc. I am just trying to find the time to make it. Be sure that I have already thought almost all the new things that I have seen on e-cigs and I could had make them first but I dont have the time.

As I await my justGG, my only mechanical is a Paps Lux 18350. With this tube, the bottom button really is hit by the middle or fourth finger, not the pinky, depending on hand size. I would hate a bottom button on a tube long enough to force me to use my pinky - that would be utterly unnatural for me.

Pinky only works with a button like that on the GG. Unless one is a hawk or an eagle. And hawks and eagles don't vape. Yet.

The bottom buttons that I have tend to fit my hand best with an 18500. That being said its my impression that the bottom buttons are more personalized to the individual due to length. In the GGTS I prefer 18650 due to its MAH not its comfortable fit in my hand, the GGTS tends to feel comfy with any battery length, its the MAH that I prefer. Even though I've set up an Ody or Ithaka for all of my mods, the ease and natural feel of GGs switch makes the deciding difference.
That explains why I use my other mods on occasion, but the GGTS is my go-to mod, and I own more GG than the rest. Cool beans.

Just got my real Ithaka from COV a few days ago and I just bought an Iatty today. Been looking for a Real GGTS with no luck.

Preordered a JGG last week..... When are they being released here in the states?..... Can't wait!!!!

Get verified on ECF classifieds. There are a few members selling GGTS so they can preorder just GG.

You have to. You can't find quality easily, in nowadays ;)

You speak the truth Stelios!
I still say quality in vaping only is coming from Greece now (except Greek copiers). The American builders are not close to the quality or the customer service that we get from Imeo. The American builders have no time to put their ego and pride away to even talk to us like we are people. I have given up on them. This is why I can not thank Imeo, Perseas and even Konstantinos from Atmistique enough for their products and time they spend with us.

It's catchy. :)

Yeah, before the preorder system, that momentary hesitation was effective. Now, not so much.

Just try it. You'll like it. Everybody's doing it. ;)
