I like way the aluminum brass tarnishing a bit, like old days pirat/navy equipment.
It's has it's classic mature apeal to for some ocations or moods.
Theres a time for SS and time for The Aluminum Brass.

I like the old brass once polished up and looks like gold. It shows you care enough to take the time to make it shine like it deserves. My thoughts anyway.

The aluminum brass is differ,i have mods from it and it's more like light yellow.
It will look difrent from the brass GGTS,when polished,but I bet It will look just fine,

Poppa, people are now taking their VV's out again especially with the discovery of the microcoils. They want regulated devices and microcoil gives them the ability to use them with an excellent performance. DNA20 devices are also gaining popularity. There are 3 main reasons as I see it of why people prefer mechanical over electronics:

1- The looks: Imeo will make sure proteus will be amazing, c'mon it is IMEO!
2- Limitations: Proteus will be something from the future I doubt it has any limitation or even work in a conventional way
3- Failure: GG quality? It should not fail easily, but then again you will not be able to dip it under water.

So I am not affraid to switch back to electronics especially if it gives me regulation in style.

that makes me think of a crucial question: IMEO how are you going to handle the lifetime warranty with Proteus?

Without revealing anything that the Imperial Cloners could use, will the electronics be user-replaceable? Say, if they failed after the warranty expires, could the owner purchase a replacement set and just swap them out? Or would we send it to you or one of your resellers to have it serviced?

I don't care for the Provari "feature" which requires you to send the whole thing in if the electronics fail. I'd rather just buy a couple of replacement electronics, and swap them out myself.

usually those things cost about 15-20 euros. Of course the engineer needs a lot of money to design one for you and you have to spend a lot of time waiting for it. I already wait for 2 years. You also have to find an engineer first, something really difficult Supa. As for the cost of Proteus, its all about size, cost of materials and what standard class you need. I choose the smallest size possible, the most expensive materials and the class 3 (the final stage of reability). So 45 euros is the smallest price we can get here. Other factories gave me prices at 56 euros and one of them at 64 euros.

Its not easy at all Supa. If I wanted to make something easy I would be ready 1,5 years ago

Yup , good things cost money . Although I think your 15-20 estimate would be more in line with a DNA 20 . As for other devices I've seen , maybe 5 for components and 5 for assembly add 300% and bamm your rich .
