It's NICE! Wow!.......but check this out....... I have 4 old attys that I don't use because they are way too weak. No red glow, just barely sizzles, little to no vapor....so I get the V2...(charged the batteries first per instructions)....put on an old crappy atty, and I get an INSTANT red glow and LOTS of vapor! I was almost ready to throw those 4 attys away. I couldn't believe it...The unit is very solid. My only concern is when you screw the atty on, you can't screw it to tight or it will short it out. I'm afraid I'm going to accidentally, when pulling the cart on/off to top off/refill and put back on, I am going to do this. I will have to be extremely cautious with this...I'm not sure what puresmoker means by (too tight)....Otherwise it's GREAT! Just wanted to share

Congrats on your V2. Glad you like it. I love mine; I've had it almost two weeks now.

From my experience with attaching the attys, all you have to do is screw them in until they're snug and then do about a final quarter turn. What PS means by too tight is continuing to screw it in after you've reached snug. Just don't continue to force it after it's snug. It won't take long before you know it's on snug and secure and when to stop. It becomes second nature. (I've had a Prodigy V1 and a Protege as well and haven't had any problems at all attaching attys.)

They also have a short how-to video on their site and in the PureSmoker subforum on how to properly attach an atty. It's worth watching at least once.

What type of atty is that? I've never heard of it......One thing I do want to ask V2 owners....Have u ever lost any attys using it? I brought four old useless attys back to life with my V2 but lost 2 of the newer ones....They just went cold. AT first I thought the button was sticking, which Im getting used to.....but No, they died....:(.......Otherwise, so far so good.

I only use 510 attys and I haven't lost one yet. I have brought back a few old attys using them on it also. I haven't had any switch problems with mine but you can go to the Puresmoker suppliers subforum and there are a couple good advice threads on fixing the problems. I checked out my switch to see how things look in there and the minor fixes offered should be very easy to do. Wish you the best and happy vaping!:)

Thanks! AT first I thought something was wrong but after using it for a day the switch seems fine. It does say in the instructions with the 510 adapter don't hold the button down for more than 4 secs which is what I've been trying to do and I get pretty good hits......Oh well.......No big deal. I still have 2 brand new unopened attys and 2 that seem to be working great now...I say I lost 2 attys because what happened is.......I took a puff, great vapor.....Next puff.....Nothing silence.....tried again....silence....I thought it was the switch so I took the atty off the V2 and put it on my mega battery and nothing ...stone cold.....I don't have any sort of meter to check but they are dead, i'm pretty sure......

I only take 2 or 3 sec deeps hits off it two or three hits in a row, depending on how hot the atty is, then put it down at let it cool off for a couple mins then repeat. I never let the attys get too hot or dry. Does sound like yours are dead.:( I've actually been trying to kill the one I've been using for almost 3 months now because I want to break out one of my stainless steel colored ones to go with my Super T-tip lol.:D

Puresmoker is planning on offering BE112's from what I read due to how many of us use them. They are supplied by Best Ecigs. It's the best atomizer I've ever used and I've used quite a few.

Got the V2 also. Took my old style Prodigy and got a 501 adapter so my wife can use it at 3.7v with the 18650 battery, it has 2650 mah and last a few days on a charge for her. The V2 has a real solid feel to it and the manual switch solves the problems with the tactile switch. I get a kick watching the various models evolve into something even better.

Based on the many positive comments, I guess you missed it.

I for sure am not impressed with it. I get very little flavor out of mine on my prodigy. With true 801 attys i get no flavor. Slap my 510 back on and flavor out the ying yang. This is with 2 112's and 2 801's that i have tried.

AS far as losing attys. I haven't lost anymore 24 hours later. I've been using the same one. Kind of adapting to it. You certainly don't need to hold the button down LONG at all the get a good hit. I was so USED to holding it down for a while with the Chinese batteries.....Funny though. I lost 2 attys but I brought 2 clunky ones back to good as new, so I'm even so far....so good :).........I do know this......sometimes I think a small dry burn is really the best thing to bring an atty back to life that is BARELY working. I tried boiling them, soaking in coke....vinegar...etc and nothing would phase them, and the Chinese batteries, even at FULL charge would not let me dry burn because they wouldn't get HOT enough to achieve a dry burn... until I got this thing..

I like the BE112 for consistency, throat hit and longer life. (I drip, no carts) I've never experienced much of a "flavor" difference between one atomizer or another. I've primarly used 801's and 901's. Since every atty is just a heating coil, of varying size, I wonder why one type changes the flavor of a particular liquid?
