No too bad looking!
I assume the handle part is painted PVC?
Looks great....is there pics of "How To" for passthru's? I'd like to make one but need to see how the usb cable is connected, etc.
TIA
And just so folks understand, the switch could be on the black line and the red/black lines can also be reversed. The atty is not polarized, it doesn't have a +/-.Yeah - a 5V PT is really easy, as long as you remember NOT to use it with a LR atty...... (And use a 3AMP switch).
Mine is a bit more complicated 'cus I have a little itty bitty switch so I put a MOSFET circuit in it to protect the switch...
But here is a 'Simple' Diagram:

What are you using to power that thing?
I am digging the look of that mod. At 4.6V it must be a beast. Great job.

looks like your power supply is giving you enough amps. i made one out of an old HP laptop power supply and the dang thing does not put the amps i need. once i fire the atty i see that the amps are too fudging low...

It depends what you mean by a 'beast'. The watts produced are the same as an 18650 equipped mod firing a Joye 510.I am digging the look of that mod. At 4.6V it must be a beast. Great job.

Very nice Java_Az! Like the work. I just made one 'cuz my 5V PT died after 1 month. Used a box due to the switch I had... Wish I had used 1/2" tube now...
FYI - I put a 220 ohm resister between the data lines. Even though I use a wall-wart. The resister signals a USB 2.0 + port to use "charge mode" and supply more amps. If I ever plug it into a computer USB connection, it may work better. I think there is a wiki on usb standards and some other threads in this forum on the topic. I use a larger box and a 3 or 5 amp switch like Bubo said.
