Well, everything arrived very quickly, but I couldn't understand the user's manual on how to fill, and then refill, the tanks.

The ones I received are flat on one end, and round on the other with a rubber cap covering that end.

Which end do I puncture to fill it in the first instance? What do I do with the rubber cap? And which end goes on the spike in the atty once it is filled? And through which end do you refill it?

Also, I have 5ml syringes with 18gauge needles that I purchased from LF. Will these suffice?

Thanks in advance for any answers that any of you can provide.

Thanks for the lesson. I just think I wasn't clear enough about what I meant by "flat end". I looked up some videos on YouTube, and they all showed me basically the same thing, and it works! Although I was surprised at how long you have to hold the button down to get vapor when compared with the Riva 510's that I'm used to using. It also seems to have less flavor, and I'm wondering if anyone else noticed that?

I'm not sure what was included in your starter kit (I never got one, just the atties and tanks). Could you tell us more? Did you get type A (cone-shaped) or type B (cylinder shaped) atomizers? What resistance (standard or LR)?

My starter kit from LF came with two 900mah eGo-T batteries, two Type A atomizers, five Type A tanks, a USB charger and AC adapter, plus a black carrying pouch. Oh, and the tanks come empty so I had to make the initial puncture at one end myself on the "spike" in the atty.

I eventually figured out, with the help of a YouTube clip by someone who titles them Mainely Vapor, that I had to take off the rubber protective cover, and then either pull off the end "cap" and fill the rather gaping, open end, then push the cap back on, then puncture it while putting it on the atty. Or I could just puncture it empty and use the 5ml syringe with 18 gauge needle to fill it, then put it on the atty and start vaping.

In any case, I'm getting a decent amount of vapor, but I"m guessing (because it isn't stated anywhere on the website or in the manual), that I have normal resistance attys. Very tempted to get some LR ones when I put in my next order, though as they are expensive when compared to 510 attys, I'll have to think about whether I want to risk the possible shorter lifespan of the LR attys.

Hope this gives you the info you requested, and if you have any thoughts or suggestions about anything I mentioned, or the "care and feeding" of an eGo-T setup, please post. Thanks Katya!

Sure does! Yeah, I have a feeling that the kits come with standard resistance atties, ~2.1Ω. You're doing fine. I pierce the tank first, empty, by inserting it into the atty and turning it 180 deg, just to make sure. I then take it out and inspect the hole; if there are any hanging chads, I cut them out. You may remove that bottom cap and drip fill from the bottle; that's what I do. Some people fill with a syringe and a needle, but I don't have the patience to do that. Just make sure that the cap snaps firmly back into place before you reinsert the tank. And make sure the tank is all the way in--if it's not, you atty will leak!

That said, the type As are my least favorite eGo-T atties, honestly. I love type B; they are cylinder-shaped, hold 2 ml of ejuice, and the draw and wicking are much improved. So, my recommendation would be to read the thread below and get some type B atomizers with your next order.

Not that there is anything wrong with the As--I just prefer the Bs. I also like the 510-T atties, even though they are very small.

Good luck!
