Hey Lmaiuri,
I just responded about a similar problem this morning so I am going to cut n paste it here in hopes it cures your problem.
This my reply from Sandy 68's Post.

Well it wouldn't shock me if you said you have regular auto batts. Try this, when the battery has charged, unscrew it a little from the recharger until the charge light turns red, the screw it back in and see if it goes back into charge mode (indicator light turns red again) and note how long it takes to go green again.
Now one of two things are going to happen, the charge indicator light will stay green OR the battery will go back into charge mode for an hour or two. When it's done charging for the 2nd time back it out and screw in again. If it takes a charge, keep repeating this process.
If you keep repeating this process, generally on the 3rd go around when you go to screw the battery back in, the charge light will stay green. Your battery will last the standard amount of time, although you will always have to go through this process to recharge it from now on.
So if this turns out to be the problem it's a logic problem with the battery circuit board. Contact Customer Service and let them know you will need a replacement.
Please let us know what happens......you'll be able to tell quickly!
As for the post adjustment if you have the post high enough to where it makes contact with the Carto Post and there is still a "little gap" as I mention in the video, then the post is high enough. Generally if you are able to draw on a battery, but receiving very little vapor it's a connection issue.
However, this can also occur when a battery has little to no charge. I have had a similar issue with regular auto batteries a couple of months ago with charging.
The video of how to raise your post is Stickied at the top of the page Fixing Cartomizers and batteries Tutorial.
If you could let us know if either raising the post worked, or if you have logic problem with the circuit board that would be much appreciated.
thanks so much for your help. I was talking earlier about the size of the hole in the battery? I noticed the Diamond Series is larger and vapes so easily. Then when I put a caromizer on my regular, i have to draw really really hard compared to the new one with the bigger hole. I think I said all of this already and I just wanted to tell you that adjusting that battery worked, but wondered if you knew why the Diamond Series has larger holes in them than the others????
