Good luck on quiting ! I just stopped smoking 2 weeks ago !
When I got my first vape, ego c-twist 1000mah I tested some flavors there, and ended up liking a few, the worker asked me what mg of nicotine I wanted, I told him I didn't know and he asked what kind of cigarettes I smoked, I told him reds, and he recommended 18mg, he didn't tell me his test samples were 6mg though because those were the ones I tried and the ones I liked, the 18mg was pretty good for awhile, then the throat hit just got so insane I didn't even want to smoke it no more, So I went to another vape shop the next day and got some 6mg and 12mg and it was wonderful! I stick with 6 or 12mg now and thats where I feel good vaping.
