Hey all, I am new to VV and VW. I just received my iTaste V3 today with an Evod clero and have been very pleased (a nice step up from V2 Cigs). Anyway, I have noticed that sometimes when I take a pull, there is a slight burning taste, like the juice is burning. My question is, do which would cause the burn Wattage or Voltage (or both). I had the wattage set at 11 and the voltage set at 4.3. Also, the evod gives me little to no throat hit but a ton of vapor (cool!). Is there an adjustment to the watts or volts that could give me more throat hit? Thanks in advance!

Both voltage and wattage can cause burnt taste. I vape most juices between 7 and 8 watts. The fix for you is very simple without having to calculate anything. Choose either voltage or watts (power), start low and vape. Increase the power and vape until you find the best taste for YOU. If it starts to taste burnt, adjust power down.

what resistance is the coil of your Evod?

Throat Hit is usually dependent on PG/VG ratio and/or nicotine strength (or added menthol/koolada).

Burning taste usually says your running too high of volts for the resistance.

The resistance is showing 2.3. Must be my liquid that is not giving me throat hit. Thanks for the info! PS- the ratio is 70/30 in my liquid
