So I have been frustrated with my temp control coils not giving a good vape... weak flavor and vapor and darn near cold vaping. Even with my temp set to 500f at 50J. I kept hearing that its all about airflow, so I kept choking off the air intake.
Well I was cleaning out my closet of boxes from all my vape gear and I found the box from my twisted messes RDA. I opened it up and saw that there was a different topcap that I could put the delrin chuff cap into and an adapter for a 510 driptip. AH HA! lets try this out. built a twisted 28g NI200 coil, 6 wraps around a screw about 2.5mm came out to right at .1 when I installed it. juiced it with my favorite peach juice from Cloud Science set the temp for 350 and Joules at 40 and hit it. AH HA again! nice warm vape, fairly dense with actual FLAVOR! bumped the temp up to 400 and hit it again. YES!! great vape! set the AFC for single coil rather than dual, Doh should have thought about that when I built the darn thing, and hit it again. even better!
