Totally understandable that tickets are getting deleted in regards to no payment system. However, I did place an order last Wednesday and I received an order confirmation through email, but have not received a shipping notification email. The order also fails to show up in the "User Home". Not trying to be a hassle, but I'm just wondering if orders are not being shipped within 24hours. Its understandable with the overwhelming number of orders coming with the reopen that this can happen. Just looking for some clarification just in case my ticket submission got mixed up in the "orders closed" tickets. My order number is 31676. Thanks Ben.

Howdy Craft,

Our site generates 3 e-mails per order. The first one to show that you placed an order, the second to show it was paid for, and a third for when it ships. Here's the caveat for us. Even if the order fails to complete the "placed order" e-mail still gets sent out because you did submit the order. This sounds like what probably happend and you will want to resubmit the order to make sure it processes.

I can't be 100% sure here, but if you submit a help desk ticket I can use that to track your order history and payment history (checking between the two will generally net me the definitive answer)

I hope this helps!

If you go to your user home and check your tickets you'll see if you have any open, pending, etc. if it got deleted it simply won't be there. Either way I'll get you taken care of. I'm spending all day today getting in front of these tickets.

I titled the ticket "my juice hasn't shipped" so hopefully that will not mix with the orders closed tickets. :)
