You want to make sure that what you get is just Glycerin USP, not a glycerin cream skin moisturizer -- it should be a clear, thick, liquid, literally only say Glycerin on the ingredients.

Typically they won't carry PG unless it has a very large pet department that caters to cattle
. But Rosa is correct, most farm, feed/seed stores will carryPG (such as Tractors) or you may be able to get PG through a local Veterinarian (large animal vet is best) or your local veterinarian college.

USP Glycerin is VG - he was looking for VG since he has PG juices
You can find USP Glycerin in Walmart near the the rubbing alcohol
BTW - Most of FreedomSmokeUSA's tobaccos are available in a variety of PG/VG ratios, and a few specialty ones are fixed 50/50. I like 70pg/30vg when it is offered. Their sample sizes are fixed 24mg nic and fixed PG/VG. My fave tobacco of theirs is Desert Ship - a bit nutty and pungent Turkish blend and it reminds me a bit of fresh tobacco. I like to modify the flavor with their Chocolate, Vanilla Tahity, oRYental 4. I use their Cocoa to beef up week or too-sweet tobaccos.
