OK, first things first.... Your image is MUCH wider than tall. The small Chuck is 2.8" wide x 3" tall (the big Chuck is 2.8" x 4.4") so I had to adjust from landscape to portrait format. I sized this for a little Chuck, but it could be modified from the big one easily.
I also deleted the manufacturers blub to keep it clean, angled the b/w slightly differently, split & moved the text to better fit, and put the scroll work at the top of the black and bottom of the white (personally I didn't like it crossing the b/w border).
So here's a rough idea:

Looks awesome! I think you should get some bonus points from Jeff for each one you do that is ordered. You deserve a chuck for all the work you do for us photoshop challenged patrons. I know most of us would drop a few bucks for the mock ups to ensure we like what we are ordering. It wouldn't be donation since it is payment for work and excellent work it is and is very valuable.
Just my 2 cents.

Someone care to explain to me the fascination with Hello Kitty? My daughters have a couple HK toys and they've just never gotten into them (they prefer Webkinz, My Little Ponys, ZuuZuu Pets, etc.). Is it an age thing? Or is there some sort of hidden meaning I'm not privey to?

Not a fan myself so I can't explain the appeal, but I am pretty sure that Hello Kitty does not have cleavage.

I'm not huge on the kitty but I do love the penguin, Badtz. I don't think I've ever watched the cartoons, which I'm guessing it HK is!
