Just ordered Black DCT tank - help on filling ?

Just placed an order for the Black DCT tank, and the dual coil Atty.
Can anyone give me some inside to filling the tank ?

Do i fill the carto as normal OUTSIDE of the tank, and then pop it into the tank and fill with juice?
Or do you put a blank carto in the tank, and then fill as normal and the juice will suck into the carto slowly. And as you see the tank getting lower in juice, that means it's sucking into the carto ?

If anyone has done this, please let me know.
I've went on youtube and saw one person fill it by pushing the tank up so the hole of the carto is exposed to the outside, and she dripped juice into the tank, and then pushed the tank back down so the hole is back inside the carto. She did not put any juice directly into the carto at all.

is that the best way to fill the DCT tank ?

the way I do it is pop the top plug out and slide the carto into the bottom of the tank like it's supposed to be, dry, with no juice in it. Fill the tank up making note of how far down the plug goes into the tank. Then slide the plug back over the carto and press it down into the tank tube. That will force some juice into the holes of your carto and jump start the wicking process. Attach to device and vape. easy peasy

Sounds easy enough . Thanks . So does the top of the carto ever get wet with juice or does it always and exclusively come in through the punched hole ? Would dropping some drops on the top of carto help at all ?

Also in your instructions I didn't see you mention sliding the tank up so the punched hole Is outside of the tank while you fill it then you push it down and watch the hole bubble ad it sucks up the juice ?? Is that not necessary ?
