Just Ordered e-cig for the first time arrgghhh!!

I tried it for my girlfriend who was my girlfriend over 25 years ago before I started cigarette smoking.

When I found her again after we had both gone through bad divorces I had a reason to live longer than it took to get my boys through school.

So, for me, this whole journey is for the love of a wonderful lady, a new love of life, and new life together. It has nothing to do with tobacco or addictions.

Set real expectations for yourself as we are all different. If you have an analog, don't beat yourself up, figure out what the trigger was, and how you can best avoid it. You may also have to play with the nic levels until you find what works for you. You will succeed!

I had anxiety about quitting also. Funny thing is, I just forgot to smoke. Except for the occasional temptation it has not been too bad. But, I spend way more on ecigs than I ever did smoking. I had to find my favorites, the gear that suited me the best, and then I got into modding. It never ends.

I got my 510 e-cig on Friday, played with it all day. Smoked my last analog on Saturday morning. So Ive been analog free since then and haven't had any mood problems at all. I love this Yeti 510.

Got my e-cig six days ago, and haven't smoked since, except one drag last Fruday night just to compare. I was coughing and revolted by the taste after vaping only for three days. And I smoked a pack a day for ten years, and tried to quit many many times before. E-cigs are a miracle.

Got a 510 kit and quit smoking the same day. Went about a week without really missing the analogs. Then I found one in a pocket of a jacket and decided I would see if I still liked the taste. Wrong - I could not go more than a few puffs and had to put it out. Further, the smell seemed to linger as my sensitivity to smells seemed to have increased.

All I do now is make sure i have some 24mg loaded in a cart for the breakfast vape session. It takes the edge off as Zi have my morning coffee. The rest of the day I am good on 12mg juice.

Well folks, after being messed around by the company i ordered my first e-cig from, my Gamucci finally arrived today. My last analogue was at 8.30am and it is now 15.55!!!!!

congratulations! It totally works: 25 years of smoking over in 12 hours! BTW:I hear the menthol flavors are fine, but be prepared to discover that you are more adventurous than you thought (you'll be wanting to try all sorts of off the wall flavors before you know it! I never thought it would happen to me, but here I am, less than a week in and ordering pepsi and cappuccino flavors! Odd.)
