yea dont hold your breath on the stock thing lol
several of us on the preorder are just now seeing mods. a few setbacks and delays have slowed things down but, it looks to be back on track for next week. but this is to be expected when launching a new company and product. so far initial reports are a big thumbs up from the few getting units.

I figured as much. I have enough gear to keep me occupied but you know how it is with vapemail…patience is a virtue!! Plus this is my first high end mod. I have 3 Vamo v3's, a SID, 2 Ego V v2 megas for work, and a couple 900mah egos that I don't really use. I am looking forward to being part of "the elite"…lol

I've been on the pre-order for over a month and yesterday ordered a WAE with the hope of getting to experience DNA20 sooner. 12 hours after placing my order markbugs team notified me they had to cancel my order because of a computer issue which allowed too many people to order than units they had available.
Back to having all my DNA20 eggs in the futura basket I guess.

DqYeah, the site says "In Stock", I searched high and low on the site for an indication of lead times, and found nothing, so, I figured "In Stock" means IN STOCK. After waithing a couple of weeks I sent an email, was told it should be shipped this week, its Saturday and no shipping notice. Better yet, according to the email they sent out this past week, they didn't even have all the parts to fulfil the orders, so "In Stock" is far from true.

I never had any intention of purchasing a preorder, and feel as though their site is misleading, at best, and considering the fact that they are now pushing excuses, I'm thinking it tends to downright dishonesty or incompetence, neither of which gives me good feelings.

Furthermore, if your having issues, perhaps you should stop taking new orders until you get caught up.

The truth is, I've seen too many bad things happen in this community when modders start making excuses, when the excuses start flowing, its time to get ready to call your CC company.

As for me, if Monday comes, and no shipping notice, I'm asking for a refund, if I don't have it within 24 hours I'm disputing the charges with my CC.

Also, I have no doubt the responses that my post will draw from the fanboys, save it, I have no interest to justify my desire to deal with HONEST vendors, I've been in this community for 2 and a half years, and bad things always start with misleading info, and excuses, NextGen may perhaps break the mold, but they would be one of the few.

For $255, I deserve to have an honest expectation of when I will have the device.

The words "In Stock" means IN STOCK, as in on hand, not "this is a preorder and we are taking orders and waiting on parts, and whenever we get it to you we get it to you".

If you really want to know if the Futura is a Provari killer, look no further than the ProVape site, when they don't have it in hand, its listed as out of stock, and when its in stock, there is a posted ship time.

while I understand your frustration, he has been busting a** to straighten this mess out. we have been hearing "ships next week" for two months +
Nexgen has bent over backwards to fix any and all problems so far. life isnt easy starting a new company sometimes and he admitted to making several miscalculations and mistakes. it's just a couple guys who haven't slept in several weeks im sure.

he has willingly made refunds for anyone who has asked for them.
