I just saw an ad for BLU, now I tried BLU and was not happy. Thankfully my husband did alot of research and read alot of reviews here and got us much better equipment and juices. So I just wanted to say that the ad's for BLU and FIN may draw people in to try e-cigs. Hopefully those that try BLU and others will do the research to as we did to be satisfied. I am very glad to be in this forum as I get so much good advice!!! Thanks to all!!

I actually never saw ads for Blu until a few weeks after I bought my own starter kit after looking at the website for my favorite smokes and finding a link to a few (what I thought) were reasonably priced ecig kits from another brand. Turns out had I researched here first, I'd probably have ended up spending half as much or less on the same thing, but like quite a few have said, it gave me the idea I could quit, and actually did get me off analogs entirely, now it's just a hobby playing with new gear and DIY juices.

My first e-cig was an NJoy King disposable. It tasted nasty and died quickly but it "felt" enough like smoking to make me wanna look into this vaping thing. Now here I am, one month to the day since I last smoked a cigarette.

I figure a lot of vapers start off with the widely-advertised junk before moving on to something better. Unfortunately, some don't get beyond that initial disappointment and go right back to smoking. That's why this forum is such a great resource; if someone's motivated enough to do a web search about e-cigs, this is usually one of the first results that comes up. A little time spent reading the posts here can really help to steer a new vaper away from the junk and toward the products that work.
