There is apparently one brick-and-mortar store in a nearby town, but they only sell a few items. Specifically, they sell a small handful of PVs and juices, but absolutely no modding or DIY supplies. Since you sell it all, I suppose this would be a multi-part question...

First and most obvious, do you wanna open a store in my town? I'll work for ya! Haha.

Really, though, without wanting to know specific numbers, how well do you do selling those other items? Specifically, things like branded PVs, menthol crystals, bottles, and battery connectors? I can't imagine they make up a huge portion of your sales, but I know that there are people (like me) who are very excited that you do so. Is it such a small amount that it's not worth it to most? It's really a complaint about other retailers (especially the one in my area), but I'm just curious as to whether you have insight into why they don't.

I have the same complaint with Wal-Mart (among other complaints). They used to carry so much stuff - you could get a big variety of...a variety of items. Now you can only choose between one or two of anything there. So lame.

And finally, do you wanna open a store in my area? I'll work for ya!

A store in your area?
It takes alot of work, and time.

For the modding and DIY products, I guess there could be money in it, but
we dont make any money selling it at cost.
It relies on sheer volume to break even.

But for kits and stuff, the volume helps gain some control over flow.
Shopping malls is what helps there.

It would have to be a prime location to be worth while, unless the marketing plan is beefy.
With the rate ecigs are growing, I wouldnt hesitate to tell anyone to jump right in, grow at their own pace.
I am pro-entrepreneur and have helped alot of suppliers on ecf start out.

The only thing I can do from here is offer wholesale and guidance.
Starting a little mini-mart of vaping supplies may only be a few $xxxx if you are selfing it,
but to start a chain, you are well into the $xxxxx+
Which I personally dont have the resources or time atm for that.

Online competition is long and strong.
It is great to have people see and try asst flavors and models.
They are very happy knowing they are picking what they like.
But then seeing them again, is a 50/50 shot, as they start googling once they get home.
