Just tried DiscountVapers.com for the first time.

There was an issue where my billing and shipping addresses getting mixed up, so I emailed him, and he got back to me within like half an hour. Impressive to say the least. He also shipped same day if it was ordered before 3:00 (or something like that.)

I run my own online store (for non-ecig stuff), so I appreciate the customer service, and as my way of saying thanks, I'm popping this in here.

$2.50 for USPS First Class, too. $5.something for Priority (which I chose because I needed a new clearomizer with the quickness.) When I was shopping around, some people were charging $15+ for USPS, and the estimated delivery time was 3-5 WEEKS.

I've no affiliation with the guy, but he seems to run a tight ship, which I appreciate.

Just food for though.

I've been doing business with Eric (DiscountVapers) for over 8 months now and I can attest that the customer service you received is standard for him. He is a very upstanding guy, and he's been very good about keeping his prices low and listening to his customers. The only reason I ever buy from anywhere else is when he doesn't carry the particular item I need, which is not very often.

He's already sent me the shipping confirmation, which means he's already printed the shipping - and I'm curiously hopeful to see how long it takes to get here, but judging from what I've already seen, he's definitely earned my repeat business for the next time around.

Eric and Discount Vapers is one of my go-to vendors for the Kanger T3's and other supplies. I also bought an L'Rider Lambo 4 and it's my daily companion together with my Provari. Not only do I love the customer service I've received, but especially the honest reviews he gives the products he sells. His prices are very reasonable too.
