Just tried Halo's Voodoo - Simply Magnificent!

I just tried Halo's new 'Voodoo' liquid for the first time and I must say this juice is 'really' nice!
I generally like the Halo liquids I've tried so far (Torque 56, Prime 15) however sometimes I find them slightly 'in your face' a bit, and occasionally I add a drop or two of 'Vita Bella' from Goodejuice just to mellow them out some. But this new 'Voodoo' liquid is simply 'excellent', straight out of the bottle.
I have a difficult time identifying the various components of this liquid as none of its individual ingredients are over-powering, they all seem to blend together perfectly into a single unique flavour of its own. I would describe the flavour itself as ''mild', and 'mellow' yet full flavoured at the same time and very smooth!
Halo describes this juice as 'a complex assortment black currant, grape, plum and a touch of cinnamon' and I believe I can taste all those ingredients however the cinnamon is way in the background, hardly detectable at all.
It's fruitiness is slightly more than an undertone, yet not at all 'in your face'. Simply magnificent!

I received a free bottle with my Tribeca order. All I get is a watermelon fruit medley with maybe a little mint. Bystanders ALL say it smells like cotton candy. It kills me every time I see some here referring to it as a "tobacco"..

It's my favorite HALO juice right now. And I don't normally vape fruit, in fact, never. So when I received a free sample in a game over in the Halo sub-forum, I was blown away by how much I liked it.

And the next day, I couldn't put it down. Even though the tobacco is WAY, WAY in the background, this has become a daily vape for me. I just can't get enough of it. I already have a 30ml, and will be ordering another one soon (Halo points).

Voodoo is something special, that is a certainty.

The tobacco notes are so in the background, I hardly taste them at all. But for me I get more of the Black Currant flavor with a slight cinnamon hint and vanilla oh so softly on the exhale. It definitely has earned it's name - Voodoo!

I've gone through only 5ml of my 10ml sample so far, but every time I vape it I can taste something new.
Let it steep for a week or two and then you'll get the real taste. I really like it but it's not my ADV.

I find that every juice tastes different depending on atomizer/coil/wick etc.
My experience is based on a microcoil/cotton wick (1.3ohms) on EVOD.
I can see this juice having a completely different profile depending on what hardware it's on.

Voodoo is my number one vape now. I love the interplay of flavor notes on this one and it just never gets boring to me.

Halo hit a home run with this one in my opinion.

I'll add to the conspiracies and say the first thing I thought of when I tried it right out of the mail was....raisin. I'll hook up a fresh clearo and give it a try today since it's been sitting for a week and report back. Even with no steeping it was at least an interesting and enjoyable taste. Thats more than I can say for some flavors right out of the mailbox!

I to got a 30ml bottle 2 weeks ago and it's almost gone already! I love it. It's my current ADV. Yeah I don't pick up on the vanilla or cinnamon nearly as much as the plum tobacco flavor but you can subtly tell its there. It's a mystifying juice that's for sure and I will be ordering more.

At first vape the strongest flavor I picked up on was blueberry and then vanilla with the tobacco.....so I vaped some Niquid blueberry then the voodoo and it is right on for the blueberry (at least to me). I never detected any raisin at all (that's the flavor profile of Boba's to me). But all in all the Voodoo is a pretty good juice. It does change flavors (albeit ever so slightly) occasionally I get the grape and just a hint of the cinnamon and I guess that's what keeps me coming back to it. It's fruit flavored but smooth and not so in your face as to be a turn off. Good job Halo!

Charlz, I think you nailed the mystery flavor note I have been trying to figure out. So many mentioned grape, raisin even currant I think but that is not what I was getting. Blueberry! Yeah it is subtle but it hit me like a ton of bricks when my significant other made her potent vanilla blueberry power smoothies for breakfast. I then went and got my morning Voodoo fix and I got that somewhat unknown flavor note to register as blueberry.

Blueberry? Hmmmmmm. Halo"s description says Black Currant, Plum, Cinnamon, Vanilla Tobacco. They dont mention blueberry. Maybe despite their description they added blueberry anyway just to throw us all for a loop lol! All I know is its damn good!

I gotta stop reading these kinds of threads. I received a 10 ml bottle from them with my order from them, Tribecca, tobacco sampler, cafe mocha & freedom juice. And I have been real good letting these steep only to shake the bottles. It's been a week but you guys are making this real difficult to keep from diving in and trying oh at least everything.

OK, after a week of steeping it's not much better than it was right out of the mail but dam, it really is some tasty juice. I'm more into menthol but this is going to be in my rotation. I can't say what it tastes like, I'm not getting blueberry like some have mentioned but it's a really good liquid.

It reminds me of a strong Sangria. But it's all ways changes slightly day to day.
I also agree with Josie, good out of the mailbox, but steeping one week changes the flavor a bit and smooths it out.

could be that the black currant, grape and plum combination ends up tasting like blueberry when combined....that's the flavor I get anyway....who knows how they do it. They could make the description say that the juice has hummus, chicken and dogfarts....still tastes like blueberry to me!
