I love my R2D2 Jwrap, and I wanted some cards to hand out at my local vape meet, so I ordered a little Twist wrap and requested that they send along a stack of cards for me to hand out. I ALSO requested (through their paypal app) that it be sent to my work address rather than the one on the paypal (which is my billing address) because my neighbors usually receive my mail and "forget" to give it to me (every utility bill I get is open, and postmarked DAYS before I receive it - I frequently stop by the utility place and just pay my bill there rather than hope I actually get my mail - luckily I'm moving at the end of this month - and until now I got EVERYTHING at work so it just wasn't a big deal) - but they sent it to my home address and, lo and behold, it never came (I suspect that my shiny holographic Jwrap is decorating a barbie doll or something... sigh...)
... Now this was NOT the vendor's fault. My shipping address on paypal is my home address, and I'm sure that I should have changed it on the paypal site (and I will before I order anything again, if I can figure out how - I tried when I changed my account email and couldn't figure it out) - and it's not like they really sent it to the WRONG address - and it's not their fault that my neighbors are giant nosy bottom cavities who let their children run wild - BUT
they still sent me a replacement.
Because they are FREAKING. AWESOME.
TL : DR - Jwraps goes way, way above and beyond for their customers and I'll never order from another skin/wrap vendor.
PS. Quality of the wraps is amazing. Print definition is amazing. That you can peel and restick is amazing. A+++
