Hi folks, been using a kayfun Lite for 6 weeks or so...got it dialed in and have been sucessful with several different type builds. cotton, figure 8 and regular with silica. all of a sudden last week, I started getting massive flooding/leaking through the air hole. I have rebuilt it several times now, just like I used too, and it just keeps leaking out the air hole. Anyone have any suggestions? I can't believe its my builds as never had this problem before, then all of a sudden it started.

anyone experienced this, please give some insight on the fix or cause.

thanks in advance!

oh, builds usually around .9-1.1 ohms on mech.

well good job then, usually my problem is always too much wick lol

thats usually my problem as well. I started thinking that the less wick I can use and still not get dry hits, the better, but I think I went too far in that direction. I don't think there was enough wick to soak up the juice in the chamber. Odd huh.

Have you tried a micro coil and a cotton wick in your Kayfun? It's amazing, best set up I've ever used in my KF (great flavor and throat hit). Give it a try.

That is my favorite build on most everything, but I couldn't get the wicking right in the k lite with it. I couldn't get the wick to keep up. I may have to play with it some more, but have not found the sweet spot yet with the wicking.
