I have no ADV, seemingly no ability to find one so I have 15 mini protank 3s with different flavors, those not yet worthy of a kayfun. My updated Kanger coils last a good long time, no duds yet. Also love the vape from my Aerotank Mega, had it 3 weeks of fairly heavy use & no problem with the coil yet. I think Kanger's new tanks rock. on the other hand, my Nautilus coils have been horrible, holding out hope for the new BVCs I ordered the other day from 101vape. We all have different experiences with different vendors.

putting them in the kayfun might make them taste worthy of being in the kayfun ;)

Get the Nautilus Aspire or Mini. Don't use the BDC coil in the full size aspire, but use the new BVC coil. I've never enjoyed a Clearomizer this much and I'm now going into my 2nd week on the first BVC in my big Nautilus. It's a game changer for sure. And like the OP I don't want to go RBA. Fortunately with the BVC coils I don't have to.

I've been using my Aerotank Mega for about 2 weeks now. I'm on my 3rd coil already. First one started to leak through the air hole on me so I replaced it. Second one I burnt the coil (my fault, not primed before I vaped it) and now I'm on the 3rd one. I've had aerotanks, PTs, and minis in the past and this blows them all out of the water. It really does.

So far, I'm liking the new coils from Kanger. The ones that came with the Mega. I did go ahead and pick up a 5 pack of them while I was there. I'd say I'm getting about a week and a half to two weeks out of them. For reference, I mainly vape Halo Purity Tribeca 24mg. I go through about 5 mils a day, on a Provari 2.5 or Provari Mini 2.5 @ 4.6

I haven't used clearos in ages but a friend is trying to get into vaping. I picked up a nautilus mini and an aerotank v2. I'm very impressed with both devices. I ran through 3 or 4 tanks on both. I mix my own juice and the only pg comes from the nic and the flavoring....so I'd say 80% VG. They both wick fine and the flavor/vapor is outstanding.

Thats a bit weird because i have had no issues with Kanger tanks or coils. I love the Mega and use 1.5 dual coils.
I will say that they tend to be off by .1 or .2 ohms and occasionally i have to adjust the 510 connection.

The old style with wicks sticking out a bit CAN be rebuilt. Just a thought.

I'm glad they work well for you. For me the Nautilus BVC work so much better. I think if do a search here, you'll see they are getting rave reviews.

well this signifies my divorce from the aerotank mega. I did not know about the bvc until it was mentioned in this thread. I had preferred the nautilus to the protank 3. then pbusardo said the aerotank mega was better. I agreed. they keep upping the game. the bvc is awesome! no comparison to the flavor of the aerotank. the pita for me with the aerotank mega was juice got all over me when opening it. the bcc in the nautilus always did last longer and more money too. so it was a tossup. last box of kanger coils lasted about 3 ml each. 3 were duds. back to nautilus for now. with the metal tank it looks nicer too. thanks guys. I did not know of the bvc and that fixes that. unless they don't last in which case I will report back here. meanwhile it is seriously approaching a kayfun or tugboat now. really.

The BVCs last. Trust me. Tomorrow will be my 9th day on the first BVC coil, with no signs of giving up. This coil is a game changer and now my Kanger Mega is sitting in a box. I may just go ahead and sell it, but then the minute I do, they'll come out with a bottom vertical coil, so I may keep it a while, but in the meantime, the Nautilus whips it to shreds.

Another vote for the new aspire BVC's. Had 24 hours with them in a mini nautilus, I was an avid kanger fan before going to kayfuns then into dripping, but this is the best vape I've had other than drippers in 6 weeks. Time will tell on the durability of the coils but they really perform. Gone up to 18 watts and it chucks the vape and flavour like no tomorrow. May just be novelty or excitement but I haven't heard a bad thing about them so far including my experience.

With my Provari and Nautilus combo, it's the best vape I've ever experienced!

My first hour of using a Nautilus and BVC's tops the months I spend with a ProTank2. I really am impressed with it so far. :)

And guess what? It just keeps going and going and going!!

I was having the same problems:

I’ve since given up on Kanger and switched to the Aspire Nautilus which is a better tank than any Kanger I’ve ever owned.

Agreed. Nautilus really got it right this time!

wow. I am now glad I started this thread. I did not know there was a bvc. this thing kicks ..... they just keep upping the ante. by the next go-round these things might surpass drippers.

In terms of ease of use and consistent vape each time, they kind of already do. (I said ducking........)

I'm torn. I like both (Aerotank and BVC).

I've only had one bunk (new) Kanger coil. My Aerotank Mega was gurgling -- I was going to go mad, as it had worked perfectly for about two weeks (no leaking, coil performance a drastic improvement) to the point I bought a second Mega and a new pack of coils.

The coils that came in the box were inferior to the pack coils. I deduced that the gurgle/leak was due to the bad coil. I disassembled the entire tank, washed thoroughly, tried different airhole/watts combinations, until the only potential problem left was replacing the coil. Once I did that, it worked as new.

I do love the performance of the new BVC coils. I bought a Mini and put a BVC into my original Nautilus. Strangely, my Nautilus is now not working properly. I'm not getting any suction. I have cleaned it thoroughly and disassembled it, as well. I cannot come up with a solution. The only new thing that has happened is I put in a BVC coil. That is probably not the problem, though, and I understand that.

I love the flavor coming from the BVC. But honestly, I am just happy to have a variety of clearomizers that actually do work. I've ordered my second Mini and a new pack of coils. I'd say the ease of use is on par with both tanks. But I will concede that the BVC coils outperform the Kanger coils. I'm just glad that both companies improved their products.

I am one of the few that do not agree on that. a high end rba is somewhat better but the kfl+ is a close call at this point. the bvc is really great. I would have never known about it probably. the big problem with the mega was leaking. the dud coils was the finishing touch for me. I confirmed they were in fact oem and lot's of complaints on the last batch. maybe just a bad run.
