Just received this today from iVape. Very nice construction, feels solid, and has weight too it. Before purchasing, I watched the video review by Phil, which was pretty great by the way. He mentions that you need to remove the center tube to remove one of the wicks. This allows better flow, flavor, and NO dry hits. I dont know why, but it just works. He mentions this same "tactic" with the vape Only BCC, which I have as well. On the vape Only, it is near impossible to remove the center tube with your bare hands .. I ended up breaking one and damaging my fingers!! I have a new method on how to remove the wick .. Just use needle nose pliers/tweezers, keep the center tube on, but remove the silicon cap, and use the needle nose tool to remove the top wick outright. It just slides right out, with EASE. Try it, it works flawlessly.

This thing is hitting PRIMO. (i used the same exact method with the BCC and it is also hitting PRIMO). Just plain amazing!

I'm loving the pro tank as well. Haven't had to remove a wick...but did block 3 of the 4 air holes and it made the draw less airy (perfect to me). Flavor is spot on...and have yet to have a leak, dry hit, etc...just 8 tankfulls of vaping awesomeness. I highly recommend to those who've been disappointed in vivis. I still like my carto tanks too...but the pro tank gives me the same flavor and easier use.

Does anyone have flooding problems with theirs?

I wonder if I am just not a clearomizer person.

Thanks for the curse, right after reading your post mine flooded. Not sure if it was my fault or the Protank, it is back up and running now, I guess time will tell. Being a Kanger it does have an airy draw, which I like. Currently switching between the Protank on a Vamo, the Vision Vivi Nova on a Vision Spinner and an AGA T+ on a Sigelei Zmax. And I like them all, they all hit a litte differently, but I think they have good flavor and vapor production.

I think mine is defective especially since I don't see anyone reporting this.

I have been using it and it has been standing upright. I gave up on it and started using a small carto tank.

The Pro-tank was sitting half full for quite a long time, it is a quarter full right now and is leaking. The o-rings and gasket are all in place and things were tightened down.

I think I will empty it and later check for burrs or uneven turning of the metal. I think things are not fitting they way they should.

It is for sure a leaker even though things are tightened down and rings and gasket are in place.

I have gotten use to the airy draw. On the first day, I did removed the tiny top wick. That same day, I replaced the said. Mine have been running fine. A great clearomizer experience it is.

For the past few days, I have been using the protank to test flavors, since the tank is so easy to clean and dry. I simply put a new dry head in while the other 3 are soaking and drying.

- Andy . . . Challenge the day.

I ordered a second one not because I like the first. I think I got a defective one and want to give this tank a fair shot.

good call not give up on this one .. it really is a great product and think its one of the best out there .. i havent had any issues with it yet, especially no leaking at ALL ..
