Kanger Pro Tanks

I just recieved my two kanger pro tanks in the mail. There's just one problem. I paid for the deluxe kit with the fancy box and they sent me the regular box. There's a three dollar difference between the two kits. I thought gotvapes was a reputable company. I guess not. There phone number or email address does not work. They said that they are members of this forum so they had to put a fake phone number and address to be members of this website. I will not do business with them ever again.

the kits are the same, the box is just a fashion statement. but it does suck that you didnt get said fashion statement. Gotvapes is a registered vendor here, they have a forum towards the bottom of the vendor section of the forum.

They are usually pretty cooperative. They will probably issue you a store credit and you can purchase a few extra heads.

Since you paid for it, you should get something for your money. However, the "deluxe" box I received with one of my Protanks is very cheaply made. Unless you have you're heart set on it, take El_tecolote's advice and tell them you'd rather have a 5 pack of coils for reimbursement.
