Kanger Protank Clearomizer keeps FLOODING and gurgling!

The past couple of weeks I have lost SO much juice due to flooding. My mini protank doesn't flood and works great, I keep it with my etwist. My regular protank started flooding, I asked the guy at the store and he showed me there was a crack in it.

But my new Kanger protank clearomizer that came with my Vamo just keeps flooding thru the bottom hole and gurgling - I get lots of juice in my mouth. It worked fine when I got it a month ago. When I clean it up and start, it works great for a few puffs. Then it gurgles. Then I get bits of juice in my mouth...Then the vapor goes down and gets thin - and then it's flooded and a mess. It's getting expensive to stay in juice!

I wrap my own coils and ever since I started doing that the quality of my vapor experience has been great! Until the flooding, that is.

Here is what I'm working with...I NEED HELP, ASAP PLEASE! I am dog/house sitting and can't really leave, and I do not have my mini protank with me, I am trying to use rubber cement on the big protank just so it will work until I get a new one next week.

If the protank is cracked, it's not going to maintain the proper equilibrium to ensure proper air flow and liquid distribution to the coil, which may result in the flooding you're experiencing.

Rubber contact cement should never be used to repair a clearomizer. This isn't something you want to ingest or inhale, even accidentally.

Too little info and the pix are too small. Like which version of a ProTank? 1, 2 or 3? I'm also a little confused since you are referring to "My regular protank" and then "my new Kanger protank" - do you have two PT's that are both having problems?

Your general description - making your own coils and "Then I get bits of juice in my mouth...Then the vapor goes down and gets thin - and then it's flooded and a mess." leads me to believe you are using way too little wick material. Are you using a top wick? The top wick is there on new coils for a reason: It not only assists and controls liquid feed to the coil it also helps to seal the space between the top of coil and the vent tube. Leave it out and/or use too little wicking inside the coil and you have no partial vacuum to keep liquid in the tank. You're sucking liquid right out of the tank because there is insufficient wick to keep it in the tank. Release your draw and what's in the vent tube then dumps right out the bottom of the coil assembly.

Under wicking also results in flooding the coil and vapor production goes down. I'm betting you aren't installing a top wick.
