I agree i wanted to like the protank for the sheer look on my provari. I was poking around on the net and found a tank that would compliment the look of the provari perfectly the only thing is the only company that has it requires a minimum order of 50 pieces and cant find anyone else that sells it yet, will post a pic on the next reply i cant figure out how to get it on this one.

@Jeremija: Just wipe it off when you remove the Protank to refill, there's nothing you can do about it, other than that.

@donna328: Just try it first with all the extra wicks in. If you get dry hits, try removing one and see if that improves it. It's simple trial and error really. Do note though, that removing wicks, increases the risk of flooding/gurgling...

I have a Protank for a week now,and it is very pretty ,but my biggest problem with Protank is condensation on my battery connection of my Evic.It always have a little juice on a battery top.
Has anybody solve this problem ?

That is just the nature of the beast. With the coil being at the bottom there is some condensation that will collect on the top of the battery because it's so close.

As for the infamous protank gurgle, that happens at the top of the replaceable head tube about 1/2 way up the air tube. Simplest way to deal with it is if/when it becomes a bother just slide a q-tip down the airway and invert the whole battery+tank while rotating the q-tip slowly. No need to worry about damaging your coil as the q-tip is too fat to get that far down. If the gurgle is not completely gone just use the other end of the q-tip and repeat.

The problem comes from condensation going back down the airway and filling up the space between the top of the replaceable coil head and the airway tube. As this small space collects liquid it forms a kind of bubble partially obstructing the airway and causing a gurgle.

Enjoy your new tanks

I wasn't too bothered with the airiness of the ProTank. But as an experiment I placed two strips of scotch tape over each channel of the base. (No pics sorry. I'm at work).

Once I screwed it back down on my eVic the noise had been reduced a lot. The draw is much closer to my T3's on my eGo Twist. It looks alittle odd right now but I'm sure I can trim it better at home where I have better tools than a desk scissor. :) I have a never juice in the tank right now so I really don't expect much of flavor as it hasn't steeped well yet.

Sorry guys cant figure out how to put a picture attachment on here :(
Use a service like Photobucket (its free). Then you can use the insert image button or just use img tags that is one of the options on a service like Photobucket.

On the condensation mentioned. I haven't experienced that. Of course that may have something to do with where I live. It's pretty dry here.

I'm doing that all the time, but i rather use Vapeonly then to break down my head on Evic from condensation.Vapeonly have much better solution on the botom of the clearomizer than Protank with the open conection.
Evic head - 100 $ vs Protank - 15 $
I think the solution is to dismantle bottom connection of Vapeonly and put it on Protank.

Because Vapeonly is only Clearomizer that never leak on my battery.

If it works it works. ;)

Another method I tried and liked was to just wrap a couple loops of thread around the air holes (just above the threads) and knot it. So small even with the tank off it's hard to see and works great, just add or subtract loops to adjust the air flow to taste.

I believe thats a small drop of juice, not condensation, on the head. Regardless, not sure how you believe it may break your evic.

Boy I guess there is something to be said about beginers luck. All I have to do with my Protank is fiull it and vape away no fuss no muss. Liked it so much I now have five of em. I do use a Provari but I don't think that has anything too do with it. As faar as leaks I have none and the flavor is great so much so I can detect and identify the various other flavors in my mixed juices as well. I hope it works out for you.
