Kanger ProTank 2.5ml 2.4ohm Stainless with Pyrex Glass tank
$24.95 $19.95

Introducing the bottom coil Kanger Protank, offering the same great features and performance as other Kanger bottom coil clearomizers but with the introduction of a strong pyrex glass tank. The ProTank is 510 threaded and will work on a 510 threaded MOD without the need for an adapter, but it also comes with a matching ego cone cover for use with various eGo's including our joyetech, Spinners and SLB's, etc.

What You get With the Kanger ProTank Kit:
  • ProTank with pyrex glass tank and stainless construction end caps.
  • Comes with a 2.4-2.6 head build in but also with an ADDITIONAL replaceable atomer head. (additional 2.2ohm heads available in this category)
  • eGo cone thread to use with eGo PV's that streamline and beautify the look and provide a tank platform
  • Color instruction card
  • Paper box packaging (we have metal case packaging coming within days, they will be slightly higher in price)
  • Dimensions: 2 & 11/16" height by 3/4" wide

Some tips on usage:
  • When filling unscrew the tank with the ProTank inverted, fill the tank then screw in the PV with base attached, secure, then you can re-invert and vape.
  • If you suffer any gurgling or leaks: liquid may have found its way into the center metal tube. Simple remove the ProTank from the PV and blow through the mouthpiece (have some tissue on other end to catch any juice)
  • The atomizer head of the ProTank can loosen when unscrewing the tube or base. Always fasten the atomizer head securely before reinstalling the base of the ProTank.
  • When possible, keep the tank as full as possible and topped off and never less than about a third of a tank. This helps maintain the vacuum in the tank and helps prevent leaks.
  • Your mileage may vary on atomizer head life but when the atomizer head starts to wear out, it may begin to leak. Replace the atomizer head with a new one if available.
  • In a pinch you can use the evod coil heads with the ProTank although some have reported more of an airy vape.

Thanks for the pics. I was all excited when I first heard of these but seeing a youtube and seeing that plastic cover makes me wonder. What's the point? If its to save plastic erosion/leaching into the juice/cracking, that thing sits right in it.

Just a guess here....but I'd be willing to bet that it's silicon....not plastic.

Yea its silicon just like in fluxo's they are a bit airy but they are really good. And the glass is pretty thick as I have dropped my mod with it on it twice and hasen't broken yet. And the heads are rebuild able, so I'm not missing my fluxo's except for the weight. But happy you finely got them in.....yea and it don't matter what juice you put in them it won't crack them

Yes the glass is thick and sturdy. This thing has an excellent build quality with precise threading and machining. They got a lot of things right with this. It's easy to fill, doesn't leak, I've had no issues with gurgling, easy to clean, good flavor and vapor production, rebuildable coils, prefab coils are cheap and it looks great.

It's true that it's on the airy side, but using the ego ring helps a LOT and you can always block one of the air channels to get a tighter draw.
Personally I like the draw with the ego ring attached.

If you like EVOD's you'll love this.

By the way, thanks GotVapes, because in your description for preventing gurgliness in the ProTank, you gave me the solution to solving my gurgliness in my VapeOnly BCC! I never noticed it was because as the liquid got below 1/3 full THAT'S when the gurgles started.
Now it works like a champ all day!

while waiting to order a protank from Gotvapes .. i won one ..been using it for a few days .. love it =)

if you find it too airy .. get a tank air flow controller from GV and make it flush with the bottom of the protank .. works like a charm =)

also .. if we order 5 replacement heads will they come in the blister packs?

Just received mine today. I know its the norm, but I just wanted to say again, amazing fast shipping!

Very nicely made high quality tank. Very stylish.
I have vapped thru half a tank so far, the draw is no different from any bottom coil, which I find to be all a little airy, but not complaining, it is what it is.
I still get a good TH, good vapor and flavor. No gurgling or leakage.
It's a keeper.
