Make sure the cotton is blocking the holes on the side of the coil head, this is where most leaks come from, if its not just grab a pin and move it over to the hole it should stay in place after it's been primed/juiced
I've had this happen with 3/5 coils in a pack, not a problem if you know how to deal with it.
