Kanger subtank

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, still getting use to the new layout with tapatalk. So I bought two subtanks and one of the the rba build section won't come apart. Looks like it's crunched a little. I know these things are new to the market but does anyone know where to buy replacement chimneys for them?

Not bad so far. Quite impressed with the heads, love the vapor production but too noisy. Used the rba section from my friends that I bought for him since mine is toast, put a 1.7 ohm hold with cotton bacon wicking in it and it's just like a kayfun only glass tank. I love my kfl style tanks, just could never find one with decent pricing. The noise is significantly reduced switching to the rba over the replaceable heads

I'm hoping that they're on a holiday or something. I've contacted both kanger and the vendor and so far no response.
