Hi Knox! Congrats on your first kit! Sounds like a pretty good setup to me!

By Vision 2.0, I assume you're referring to a CE4 Clearomizer? Something like this:

Vision eGo Clearomizer | CE4 Clearomizer | Vision clearomizer

Both of those clearos just need a good rinse with hot water. You can use a paper towel to "suck" most of the water out of the wicks, but, if you can possibly bear it, you'd be better off leaving them to dry out overnight.

EDIT: Snake beat me to it!

Kanger T3 is my favorite tank on the market. If you look closely at the knurled portion you'll see 3 little holes evenly spaced around the base.
Take a 3/32 drill bit and drill directly ABOVE each hole. This opens up the air flow and makes for fantastic hit, flavor, vapor production.
Vape on,dudes!

Oh no!!!

Dear OP, before you take a drill to your T3, please vape it for awhile first!

Most people around here (myself including) PLUG one hole to combat the excessively airy draw those BCCs deliver...:D

I never rinse any of my new clearos. I fill them and start vaping out of the package.

i think you just have to at least rinse them out no? Fill a brand new CE5 with water to the brim and look across is in the light, you'll see a sheen of oil on the surface of the water - well I have anyways.
I just think if I am going to be inhaling something then I am going to rinse it first.

I used to work in manufacturing and for the same reason I always wash my new clothes before wearing and wipe the tops of my cans before drinking - but that might just be me.

To the original OP, just youtube your clearo, there will be a video showing you how to fill it and set it up correctly for sure.

Thanks for that katya, I don't like the T3 ( I have two), feels like I'm drawing air through a giant straw, now I know what to do with them.

I'm assuming you have the vision vivi nova minis, while using them you will need to tip them to keepthe wicks wet as you vape. I prefer them myself but everyone has their own tastes.

Don't you have problems with these leaking? From the bottom gasket between the thread base and the tank base? I've been thru 3 of these and they all did the same thing.

I have not tried the ego threaded ones, I hear they are all one base...

I run the volt mini t3 which is a mini kanger t3. And so far no matter how careful i am when refilling or how much maintenance i do so far my experience sucks. It leaks onto the battery all the time. Im constantly checking for leaks so its not practical. When it doesnt leak i get good vape but it is airy. I feel like the head is to blame. but i feel this is more than enough of a reason not to invest on replacement heads. Feels like a gamble.

 two totally opposite opinion, and I totally understand why. Here is my experience. These two total opposite opinion because two different way of vaping.
If you like to suck it in your mouth, like smoking cig, then you inhale after finish sucking, then the stock MT3 on the ego is a little too airy. You might want to plug one hole.
If you like to suck it directly into your lung, one very long shot. Then you can blow it out after finish sucking, or you can swallow it all and press it in there for a while, then blow it out. This way, you need a lot of air flow when you suck. Then you will want to drill hole\s for more air vent.
But First, I would suggest you to use it as is before you do anything on it. On my experience, after I recoil/rewick it with 100% cotton ball, it's not airy anymore. Now, it's perfect as it is for sucking it into mouth then inhale as smoking cig (with new cotton ball wick).
