Kanger T3 vs. Vivi Nova.

From what I've seen and read, these Kanger T3's are giving much more flavor than the Vivi. What I'm reallylooking for is you're opinions on tanks vs. clearomizers in general.

As a clearo user, mainly CE or Phoenix, I am wondering should I try a tank? Are T3 and mini vivi tanks? Finally, taste is subjective, the clearos are relatively straight-forward and the others seem fiddly with the wicks so are they worth the change? Cheers and happy vaping

I bought both on the same day.. Personally I was much more pleased with the vivi nova. The kanger did have nice flavor, but I was more pleased with the overall performance of the nova.

This is just my opinion, but I don't count Vivi novas or Minis as tanks. More like larger tank style clearos... but still clearos.

I use both the T3s and Vivi Novas. So far, the T3s work very well out of the box for me. The Vivi Novas sometimes need a little adjustment, but they're performing very well too. You really can't go wrong with either, so it comes down to form factor. I use the Kanger's on eGo sized batteries, and the VNs on something larger. I may even use the T3s on something larger if I want to use VG. The Vivi Novas don't handle 100% VG very well for me. Maybe there's a trick to that, but the T3s do it just fine, so I haven't looked into it.

got a v2.5 vivi nova last week,,tried one tank through it,cleaned it up and it is going up for sale,,muted flavor and very little vape

where's my trusty T3's at

i like the flavor of the kanger better as well.
the nova is listed on sites under tanks but no it is a large rebuildable clearo, same type of coil head just bigger tank.

with an ego adapter they will work on anything

Hi Jaybob. The t3 does have a variant for eGo/kGo threading. There are kits specifically intended for the kanger batteries . More often than not if you find a t3 its gonna be the one for the eGo/kGo threads. Like these eGo 3ml Tabac BCC (Bottom Coil Changeable) Clearomizer or Kanger T3 EgO Bottom Coil Clearomizer Tank System These are eGo threaded without the need for an adaptor. Im certain many vendors have something like these available...

Haven't tried t3's yet but hope to soon.... As for novas I have both full size and mini and love them! Full size on my VAMO and mini on my twist. They are by far the easiest to fill and use in my opinion and require little to no maintenance.

denali - I kind of felt the same about the Vivi Nova too - however I am now really liking it. It definitely seemed to be better after the first tank - maybe even the second. So far this week I have been really liking it - but thought maybe it was because of the juice.

I just cleaned both my Vivi Nova and T3 today and loaded them both with the same 60vg/40pg juice that has been my favorite this week. I had tried something new in the T3 and so I wanted to use something that I was liking this week to see which was better.

I am using both on a Twist and really now finding that they are both working really nice. So other than how the T3 looks on the Twist - I can't say one is better than the other.

I will probably continue to use the Vivi Nova at home - and the T3 when I am out.

Don't you need an adapter to use T3s on a VAMO?

Yes that would need a 510 to ego adaptor. Like this. 510 Battery to eGo Atomizer Adapter or PV Adapters I would think that most vendors would also carry this, I know that I have found these very handy to have around.

I hated kanger v2s so im afraid to try the v3s. I always get a plastic taste aside from vivi novas and bauway clearos. Vivi novas have such a muted draw tho.

I have a VN. It vapes well flavor isn't really strong though. I haven't tried a T3 but I do have a T2 and it has a great vape and flavor is great.

I have used vivi novas for about 5 months and just tried the t3. I have to say, I am quickly being converted to the t3. It gives much more flavor and vapor and IMHO, they are easier to clean

I have a couple of vivi nova minis and a bunch of kanger t3's. The novas leak in the box I keep them in, and the T3's never leak at all. I also don't like my vape to be hot so the bottom coil on the T3 is more my style.
