Lunch rooms, rest rooms, shipping department, customer service. Not big at all.

Using modern "just in time delivery" thats a HUGE warehouse for vape gear.

FT seems to move the stuff out as fast as it comes in. I work in a large warehouse, prolly couple million sq/ft, but I ship a large product. Actually a small product but only full pallets. But even though we are large people from other warehouses are stunned by how much we move. People also forget to look up in warehouses. On the surface we have room for x number of pallets but then they notice they go 8 high. We bring stuff in and ship it right out. Using round numbers we can store 100 tractor loads but put out 200. Thats because it goes out as fast as it comes in. And I know FT does this because things are on a wait, then they ship and are back on a wait. They can do this because they are near where its made. In and out. Sell it not store it.

I would bet they do this the same way we do in the US. A person sits at a computer and forecasts needs for the following week. We never go farther then a week. Numbers of each item we expect to sell are ordered with delivery times close to when we will ship them. If we generally sell 10 of something a week we order 10. If we sell 9 the next week we order 9. If we get 11 orders somebody is SOL. Make cuts more then once maybe order 11. And so on. This isn't the 1950's. With a computer and good forecaster a 30K warehouse near manufacturing is about the same as a 3 million sq/ft place afew years ago. They may aslo have a couple remote warehouses nearby for storage but not shipment. We have several but we only ship out of one.

And FT's inventory control is so tight I am stunned everything. Some of my orders are full of many small single items. Couple drip tips, bags of o-rings, base for an Orchid or whatever. And every single time they are perfect. Last week I ordered two item from a big name US vape dealer. Only one came and I had to fight for the second. I was like really Americans can't even count to two anymore. CS from the US company was ok. CS from FT is OUTSTANDING.

Breakroom/crapper?? Please how many people would it take to run a warehouse that size?? This ain't Rouge River.

Favorite vape related place to order. Prices are good, not always the best but good. Selection is amazing. Quiality is as good as you order. Forums are a true wonder. Only place I know of where people tell you exactly how it is.

Your company should move its operation to China and get rid of the high cost of wages and space. Be a nice suggestion to your boss.

All of these products are made in one valley in China, I think. Companies like Kanger and Innokin have a MSRP that they force their partners to charge. If you do not charge that amount you become an unathorized seller. That list has lumped counterfeit and unauthorized together..

A. Unauthorized website selling counterfeit goods

Some may be legit others maybe be clones. Usually it is a salesman that sells overruns at a discount to "unathorized sellers" who under cut the MSRP to make a quick buck.

Well I'll bring it up to them but they seem pretty content here.

Just doubled the size of the warehouse and number of employees. Matter of fact a large number of high paying jobs were just added today.

Our company does our thing very well. FT does its thing very well. We don't sell in China due to the nature of the product but it would be a great market.

I love modern efficient well run bussiness. Lead follow or get out of the way.

Let me look in my garbage can. I'm sure there's a Kanger sub tank in there.

Did Kanger somehow wrong you in a former life?? I don't really have any Kanger stuff myself except a K-Box so I don't put alot of thought into them but I don't hate them either. If they wronged you then thats different.

Or is it China?? China pretty much owns the mainstream vaping scene. Only US vaping company making modern gear is Hana so its not like we have a lot of choices. Now Hana seems to be a great company but honestly I don't know much about them. I was interested in buying a US made mod but before I shucked out 200 I bought a clone. Which I love to pieces but has a couple things that bug me that I need to find out if they are clone things or Hana thing. But a twin 18650 40w mod would suit me fine. With temp control even though I'm only 50% sold on that at this point.

Atomizers are even easier to live with as its Germany or China. China isn't perfect but at least they weren't shooting at my Grandfather so China gets the edge here.

Why if you have issues with a Hana clone makes it a Hana issue? You bought a clone not a Hana mod.

The last time I checked Germany is one of our allies and China is not. Thank your grandfather for me for his service if he is still with us. My dad fought in the Pacific so I guess buying anything from Japan would be equal in your mind? I certainly recall China supplying the viet cong with weapons during the Vietnam war.

You misunderstood, the issues are with the clone but its a 1:1 clone so they maybe issues with the legit. Thats something I need to look into. Hana is by no means off the table. The form factor is a 100% win for me.

I don't actually care much where stuff comes from. If I did I'd go nutz these days. I almost bought a SM K4. I think the guy is a Russian. Now they sold guns to the VC who in turn killed my Uncles. But I didn't buy it cause it has crappy airflow.

I love Japan. When I rode bikes I was a big Honda fan. Had a Toyota truck, best truck I ever had. Now I drive a Chevy, I like it too. I guess I'm easy to please.

I kinda look at it like this. I live in the US. Most Americans I hate, more so when I'm driving. But some Americans I like. Afew I even love. So it all works out. Never having lived in China I tell myself the numbers are the same. The ones who make the stuff I like are the ones I like. The ones who make the stuff I don't are the ones I hate. I don't actually love any of them but I could if I knew them well enough.

I don't blame the people of China for there government cause I sure as heck don't want people thinking I'm a Democrat just cause I live in the Peoples Republic of NY.

My grandfather lived a full life but has passed. He would thank you if he could.
