Kangertech OCC coil

Hi guys im new here. I have some questions regarding this Kanger OCC coil..I heard alot that people can run this coil for around 14-15 days before they taste burnt. but mine wear out like around 4 days.. i try using 0.5 ohm with kanger subox nano at 11w and 1.5 ohm at 7w ..even i lower my wattage to these it still wear out like around 4 days? is it normal?

What juice do you use in them? PG/VG? Dark/light? Is it fruit/custard chocolate cake or just pure base with nic?
