Mine does vary, a bit lower when I'm working and a bit higher when I'm sitting around the house... But I don't think I've ever managed to go through more than 4ml max in a single day, and that's pretty much all day chain vaping for me.

Was rebuilding my mini RBA yesterday, and thought I'd try opening up the airlow on the bottom:

I still need to try it in my STmini base with the larger airflow on it to see if it will make a difference compared to the stock mini RBA. I'm not sure how much it helped, but it didn't mess anything up, still working like a champ with ni200.

Because you're not sub-ohming. I use a Kanger Subtank at 0.5 ohms. I can easily go through the 4 mil tank in a couple hours.

I have the mini and the regular mini. The occ coils are magnificent, but I burn them out within a few days time. Glad I have been saving them since I recently found out how to rebuild them.

As far as the build decks go, the subtank with dual coils such as far as air flow goes. The b&m wicked it for me when I got it this weekend and I have not messed with it. The mini deck with a single coil is miles ahead as far as airflow goes. I am still in the learning curve as far as builds go though. Sick of burning my coils out, so rebuilding it is.

The OCCs? It could just be they get over saturated during the night, too much juice will cause popping / spitting, turning up the wattage briefly should help vaporize that extra juice. Also explains why when the battery gets low you get the same thing, need moar powa!

I agree. It is all about learning your gear. Press buttons, make adjustments, and ask questions.

The full size subtank rba really has me disappointed though. I'm hoping it's the way the shop wicked it. I'm trying to get through that humongous tank of juice so I can take it apart. So much to learn!

The full size subtank RBA kinda sucks honestly. Airflow is too tight for my liking. Its more similar to a kayfun type draw to me.

Since I have fallen in love with sub ohm vaping, the af is what I desire. I hate to give up on it, so I will give it a build or two before it's on the block.

The mini rba with a single coil is right on par though.

My next purchase will be one of the lemo's.

Hello all. Hoping to get my Mini tomorrow from MBB and pretty excited about it. I have not read this entire thread, even though I think I would like to. Started on page 180 and working my way up, but wanted to ask a couple of questions while I finish reading the remaining pages. So sorry if this was just answered recently.
I quit smoking again about 6 weeks ago and was running into vaping tongue (hope that is right term). I believe it it is not really the tongue but the nose that loses the flavor. when I first start on a new juice that I enjoy, it rocks, then few days later, little flavor to it. Any suggestions? will be tracking down a forum for it as well, as have many tabs open reading different threads. Also 18mg of nic was just not quite cutting it so stepped it up to 24 with a mixture of 50/50, 65/35 and 80/20 PG. From what I have been reading that high of nic is probably going to be too much now? Is 80/20 also going to be too much as well? I am an all day vapor currently using a Pro tank 2 and 3. Also excited to get the MVP 3 to find sweet spots.
anyone else using e juice from Mount Baker Vapor, if so which and what level do you vape them at?

I quit dipping in January or so and was using 18-24 mg. Since going sub ohm, I bounce between 6-9.

I have since got my dad into vaping. He is a hard core dipper, 24 hours a day except when he eats. He sleeps with one in as well. 24mg was his mainstay until he went sub ohm. He is down to 12 mg, and only one dip a day.

Yes, I am. I use the RBA and have been building between .4 and .6. Usually operating somewhere between 13 and 20 watts depending on my mood and location.

I don't let the tank completely run dry and usually top it off around the half-way point, and I usually only do so once a day, twice at the most.

hey flip, I have that happen all the time the newness wears off quickly for me as well. I had this some kind of blue something or other juice from a shop around here, it was a strong grape flavor, like a grade soda or snowball. Even with that, the taste would go away. I read all the way through this thread and it is loooonggggg. But there is lots of info. I had trouble with my STm for about two weeks, I went through a box of OCCs in no time. Now I know how to rebuild the OCCs, but mostly I learned the RBA is so much easier to deal with. Better air flow and flavor. I usually follow these steps when it's time to refill. Turn it upside down and remove the tank, maybe rinse the tank out, remove the RBA cover and pull out the wick if it looks at all discolored from a burn or whatever, rinse it all under hot water, blow it dry, put it back together and I pulse the coil a couple times to see if it is working well, turn the battery off(yeah I learned that pretty fast) and rewick. There are a lot of rewicking procedures throughout this thread, or do a you tube search, the vids will show up. Make sure you prime the wick well, don't flood or fill it up, but nice and saturated. Before I fill the tank and put it back together I will pulse it a few times to help get everything flowing. Sorry for the jumble.

Really these tanks are amazing, and most of the issues are user error. Not always because the person is a "n00b" who doesn't know how to build.....but because these are a different beast then what many are used to. Once you figure out how they like to be built and wicked, they are dependable and great vapes. The same thing happened with the kayfuns, the squapes etc....etc.....complaints of dry hits, complaints of leaking. When I first got my kayfun lite clone, it would leak on me for the first quarter of a tank, every tank....... Totally user error trying to top fill it. Learned the tank, got a needle dropper, hasn't leaked since

Yea, I've heard those Kayfuns can require some patience.
Yep. I would have to agree. Now the question is do i get a second one, a Vaporfi, or wait for the next great tank to come out? I'd love to see the mini with a 5-5.5 ml capacity.....I know there's the original subtank but i've heard there are some significant differences and that the mini is way better. I'd say it's a good predicament to have!

Aww, yeah. Just put the slotted RBA head in the STmini base with the larger airflow slot, and it does indeed improve the airflow even further. Working great with this nickel build.

It is actually kinda funny that when I first started vaping bought some honey flavor from a local place, I vaped all day for a very long time, with no issues. Then all of a sudden after months I lost the taste. Then in no time I was back to smoking.
I have watched many videos and read through the thread RBA builds? show them, and it was great. I had not ordered any Kanthal wire, but did late last night. Now I just need to figure out why all the different builds. Standard, micro, nano, Clapton, Tiger tail, chainlink, braided and many more, makes my head spin.
I do thank you for the advice, it is much appreciated. So much to learn and crossing my fingers that it will be worth it in the long run.

i was a chainsmoker at +50 cig/day .
i started on the iclears at 27mg +10mls /day, but it was like trying to suck frozen milkshake through a straw, very frustrating but i was a newb.
fastforward to now, 2-4mg rba 0.6ohm 15-25w, chainvaping through largest air hole, so ya, 20-30mls/day, if im home for the day easily 30mls, semi retired so im home quite a bit.
