I only listed what I am using, the 100's of CE4's and CE5's, and dozens of T3S's and MT3's, over 30 ego's and at least 10 rda's, I estimate i spent around $3K in the 10 months I been vaping. Have 10 brand new never used EGO 1100 mah on the shelf. On the bright side smoking 2 cartons of Marlboro's a week like I did for 40 years would of cost me between $4K to $5K in the same amount of time. So I am actually ahead of the game.

Ah, durnit! Ya beat me! I've not spent near that much, but I've only been vaping for just over 6 months. Give me some time...

I ran the "modified" barrel with the holes (smaller than what they used) all weekend and had only one issue. I got a leak, but that was my fault as I wanted to check out the coil and did not "fluff" it back up to the hole when I was done.
I put 5 tanks through from Friday to Sunday and not a one dry hit at all. I might have used up a bit (not much) more juice as I normally do but I was not getting the over juice "pop" at startup so I am not figuring I was getting any additional flow. I will keep up the tests and let you all know if I see a downfall.

This morning I filled tank #10 on my STM with the original .5 ohm coil still installed. About %97 of my vaping on it was at 20 watts with a few times at 25 watts just to try it. It is performing great. Awesome flavor delivery and chucking great clouds. I had one dry hit when I ran it dry and that is it.

I'm near the end of a 57ml bottle through my .5 STM @ 26W in standard mode on my SX.
I started it mid-afternoon on Friday and there's a full tank and about 2ml in the bottle.
I refill when there's about a ml left & dump the last ml about every 5 tanks.
Flavor and vapor seemed to diminish last night so I bumped it to 28W for maybe 20 large hits then back.
It took about a dozen hits at 26W to return to 100% but it did.
The .5 OCC is still running strong after about 50ml of a very sweet 60VG juice.
I'll update when I toss this coil.

am i the only one concerned about the new rba w/the holes on the side.
it means i cant vape if juice is below the holes which is how the the occ coils are.
i like the original stmini rba as the juice channels are at the base of tank and i can vape it to the last drop of juice. 4ml tank is a 4ml tank not 3ml
might have to mod the new rba w/some juice channels lol

You're not the only one Vin. I don't like much of anything I'm hearing about the new subtanks. Stocking up on current version STminis tonight.

The flavor was getting rank after another 1.5 tanks so I looked closely and it's pretty grungy.
I scraped the coil with a dental pick and power washed (HOT) in a cup with the sink hand-held.
Blew it out and reloaded with the last of that 57ml bottle.
It tastes ok now but I haven't had much success with washing & reusing these OCC coils.

Verdict = .5 OCC coil is good for ~50ml of DIY MBV Banana Cream Pie before flavor drops off a cliff.

Washing them has been very hit or miss. But it's relatively easy to remove the cotton, do a light dry-burn and rewick.

I have about 12 saved up for the Vapeocalypse.
I haven't tried it yet but have some experience with R91's so I'm confident it'll be a cinch.

Me too. I picked up another Subtank Mini today in fact. I like my bottom-feeder juice channels, enlarged 15-20% with a dremel disc. Vapes like a charm. My favorite tanks.
The high-on-the-side holes on the new ones though seem quite impractical for a lot of reasons, some of which vin touched on.

May be a silly question but does anyone know if the RBA deck that comes with the mini will fit the Nano?

I really want to try building my own coil, and have watched a ton of videos, even Kangers, on how to do it and want to give it a try. Don't really want to have to buy the Mini right now.
It won't fit the nano, unfortunately.

I don't think putting you own juice channels in the new STM would buy you anything, once past the holes you will lose vacuum so you still can't vape to the bottom of the tank.

Looks like they modified the RBA to try and fix portions that people were having various issues with. I'm not sure they way they went about it makes it better without creating other problems. We will see.

I need to get a couple of spares before for the old style is gone, but I'll pick up a new on to check it out.
